Claims (7)
- P(VDF−TrFE)コポリマーを精製するためのプロセスであって、
P(VDF−TrFE)コポリマーのペレットを得るステップと、
前記ペレットを溶媒中に溶解させて溶液を形成させるステップと、
無水エタノールを前記溶液に添加して、コポリマーのゲル化沈殿を開始させるステップと、
前記溶液と前記ゲル沈殿物とを分離させるステップと、
適切な洗い液を用いて前記ゲル沈殿物を洗浄するステップと、
前記ゲル沈殿物を乾燥させるステップと、
から構成されることを特徴とするプロセス。 - 前記溶媒はメチルエチルケトンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記溶液とゲル沈殿物は濾過により分離されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ゲル沈殿物により分極時間は短縮されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ゲル沈殿物を乾燥させるステップは空気乾燥をともなうことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスによって製造された場合の精製されたコポリマー。
- 請求項2乃至5のいずれかに記載のプロセスによって製造された場合の精製されたコポリマー。
