Claims (10)

前記可撓性材料がニチノールをさらに含むことを特徴とする、ブレードアセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のブレードアセンブリであって、
前記ブレード翼部がほぼ130°から140°の範囲内の角度に向けられたことを特徴とする、ブレードアセンブリ。 - 経皮的処置に使用される切断装置であって、

さらに、前記ブレード翼部がほぼ130°から140°の範囲内の角度に向けられたことを特徴とする、切断装置。 - 請求項7に記載の切断装置であって、
前記ブレード翼部が前記1つまたは複数の可撓性ブレード上に一体的に形成されたことを特徴とする、切断装置。 - 切断装置をアクセスシースに導入する方法であって、
1つまたは複数の可撓性ブレードを有するカッターヘッドを可撓性軸体に取り付けるステップと、
前記1つまたは複数の可撓性ブレードを引込みアセンブリで覆うことにより、前記1つまたは複数の可撓性ブレードを後退位置に曲げるステップと、
前記可撓性軸体に力を印加することにより、後退された前記カッターヘッドをアクセスシースに押し込むステップと、
前記引込みアセンブリを除去することにより、前記1つまたは複数の可撓性ブレードを前記後退位置から解放するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。
