Description
Claims (29)
- 内面を具えたハウジング壁を有する密閉されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジング壁の前記内面に固定された1又はそれ以上の圧電ディスクを具えた超音波音響トランスデューサとを具えたインプラント可能な医療器具であって、
前記ハウジング壁が前記1又はそれ以上の圧電材料ディスクの誘導運動に応じてダイヤフラムとして機能することを特徴とする医療器具。 - 前記1又はそれ以上の圧電ディスクが、圧電結晶、電気活性セラミック、セラミック−ポリマー複合材料、PVDF、及びPVDF共重合体を具える1群の材料の中から選択される材料を具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記トランスデューサが、20から200KHzの間の共振周波数で動作するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の器具。
- さらに、前記ハウジング壁表面の内壁に取り付けられ前記1又はそれ以上のディスクを包囲する環状リングを具えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- さらに、前記壁の内面と前記圧電ディスクとの間に挿入されたメンブレンを具えており、前記メンブレンが、包囲する前記壁よりも実質的に厚いことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記メンブレンが台座に取り付けられ、
前記台座が前記壁面に取り付けられ、
前記台座が前記1又はそれ以上の圧電ディスクよりも短い直径を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の器具。 - 前記内面がくぼみを規定する凹部を具えており、
前記トランスデューサが前記くぼみの中の壁に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の器具。 - 前記1又はそれ以上の圧電ディスクが2枚のディスクを具えており、さらに前記圧電ディスクの間に設けられた電極を具えることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- さらに、前記2枚のディスク及び前記電極の各々に接続されたリード線を具えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の器具。
- さらに、前記1又はそれ以上の圧電ディスクと一体となり寄生効果及びノイズを最小限にするための増幅器を具えることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記1又はそれ以上のトランスデューサ・ディスクが、前記ディスクの外周の支持構造体に取り付けられた1枚のディスクを具えており、
前記支持構造体が、包囲する前記壁面に取り付けられて、前記ディスクが前記ディスクと前記包囲する壁との間で規定される空間へと曲がるよう前記トランスデューサ・ディスクを前記壁から持ち上げていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具。 - 前記支持構造体が内側の前記壁面と前記圧電ディスクとの間に挿入されたメンブレンを具えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の器具。
- 前記メンブレンが台座に取り付けられ、
前記台座が前記壁面に取り付けられ、
前記台座が前記圧電ディスクよりも短い直径を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の器具。 - 前記トランスデューサが、撓み型音響トランスデューサであることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記トランスデューサが、曲げ−引張型音響トランスデューサであることを特徴とする請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 少なくとも1の密閉された給電手段を有する密閉されたハウジングと、
前記給電手段に接続された近位端と、音響信号を送信及び受信するよう構成された遠位端とを有する音響リードと、
を具えることを特徴とするインプラント可能な医療器具。 - さらに、前記音響リードに接続された1又はそれ以上の圧電ディスクを具える超音波音響トランスデューサを具えることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の器具。
- 前記トランスデューサが、前記音響リードの遠位部に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の器具。
- 前記トランスデューサが、前記音響リードの近位部に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の器具。
- 前記トランスデューサが、20から200KHzの間の共振周波数で動作するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項16から19のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記トランスデューサが、撓み型音響トランスデューサであることを特徴とする請求項16から20のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具。
- 前記トランスデューサが、曲げ−引張型音響トランスデューサであることを特徴とする請求項16から20のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記音響リードが導波路を具えることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の器具。
- 前記音響リードが放射状区間を具えることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の器具。
- 前記トランスデューサが、円筒型音響トランスデューサであることを特徴とする請求項16から20のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記トランスデューサが、棒型音響トランスデューサであることを特徴とする請求項16から20のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- さらに、前記音響リードを体腔の所定の位置に固定させる手段を具えることを特徴とする請求項16から26のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記リードを固定する手段が、ラジアルアンカー、フック、ネジ、及び弾性バンドを具える1群から選択される1又はそれ以上の項目を具えることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の器具。
- さらに、前記ハウジングに接続されたリード線を具え、前記音響リードが前記リード線に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の器具。
