Abstract
Description
(PBT)、 アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン(ABS)、液晶ポリマー(LCP)、エチレン 酢酸ビニル 共重合体(EVA)及びエンジニアリングプラスチックス用の他のプラスチックスが挙げられる。
BASF社から供給されるポリアミドポリマーPA6からポリアミドエンジニアリングプラスチックスを製造した。
Atofina社から供給されるポリアミドポリマーPA11からポリアミドエンジニアリングプラスチックスを製造した。
Exxon社から供給されるエチレン 酢酸ビニル共重合体 EVA(酢酸ビニル18%)を使用してエンジニアリングプラスチックスの2種の試料を作成した。一つの試料、即ち、本発明に従った試料1は、10%のマイクロシリカと、充填剤としてのアルミニウム三水和物(ATH)を55%含有しており、一つの試料、即ち、比較の目的のための試料2は、60%のATHを含有しているがマイクロシリカは含有していなかった。比較のための試料、即ち、60%のATHを含有している試料2は難燃性が高いことが知られている。
Claims (5)
- エンジニアリングプラスチックスが、難燃性添加剤及び加工助剤としてマイクロシリカを含有することを特徴とする、高い難燃性と良好な配合物加工性を有するエンジニアリングプラスチックス。
- 5〜60重量%のマイクロシリカを含有する、請求項1に記載のエンジニアリングプラスチックス。
- 8〜50重量%のマイクロシリカを含有する、請求項2に記載のエンジニアリングプラスチックス。
- マイクロシリカと慣用の難燃性添加剤とを組み合わせて含有する、請求項1〜3に記載のエンジニアリングプラスチックス。
- エンジニアリングプラスチックスの難燃性と加工性を改善するためのマイクロシリカの使用。
