Claims (8)
- 腹腔鏡手術用モニターにおいて、内視鏡である腹腔鏡部と、複数台の腹腔鏡用モニターと、複数の画面回転操作部と、制御装置とを備えてなり、
前記制御装置は、複数個の画面回転操作部のうちの少なくとも一つの画面回転操作部を用いた施術者の回転要求に基づき、前記腹腔鏡部によって撮影されてから複数台の腹腔鏡用モニターのそれぞれに映し出される映像画面のうち、前記回転要求のなされた映像画面について、時計回り方向及び反時計回り方向に回転するように制御することにより、施術者自身が腹腔鏡用モニターを通して見る手術装備のイメージについて、施術者自身が実際に手術装備を操作するのが最も楽な方向に配置することができることを特徴とする腹腔鏡手術用モニター装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記腹腔鏡用モニターを、時計回り方向及び反時計回り方向に回転させる駆動モーターと、
前記駆動モータを回転駆動するモーター駆動部と、
画面回転操作部からの回転要求に基づいて前記モーター駆動部を駆動制御する制御部と、からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腹腔鏡手術用モニター装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記腹腔鏡部にて撮影された映像を処理するにあたり、所定の画面回転角度の制御に基づいて、撮影映像を回転させて出力する画像処理部と、
前記が面回転操作部からの回転要求に対応する画面回転角度の制御情報を画像処理部に印加し、前記画像処理部の出力を映し出すように制御する制御部と、からなるこを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腹腔鏡手術用モニター装置。 - 前記腹腔鏡用モニターが内蔵して設けられ、前面に円形状の開口窓を有する保護箱を、さらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の腹腔鏡手術用モニター装置。
- 前記制御部は、腹腔鏡用モニターの画面上に、円形状の有効可視窓を形成させ、この有効可視窓に、対応する映像が表示されるように制御することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の腹腔鏡手術用モニター装置。
- 前記制御装置がコンソールボックスの形態で構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の腹腔鏡手術用モニター装置。
- 内視鏡である腹腔鏡部を備えた腹腔鏡手術用モニター装置において、
前記腹腔鏡部にて撮影された映像を表示する複数台のフラットパネル型腹腔鏡用モニターを、手術台の周辺に設置した複数のアームにそれぞれ設置し、各フラットパネル型モニターの裏面側に駆動モーターをそれぞれ装着し、複数の施術者のそれぞれに割り当てられたモニター回転操作部を用いた施術者のモニター回転操作にしたがい、制御装置が対応する駆動モーターを駆動することで、対応する腹腔鏡用モニターを駆動させて時計回り方向及び反時計回り方向に回転させるように構成されたことを特徴とする腹腔鏡手術用モニター装置。 - 内視鏡である腹腔鏡部と、複数台の腹腔鏡用モニターと、複数個の画面回転操作部と、制御装置を含んでなる腹腔鏡用モニター装置にて、前記腹腔鏡部により撮影された映像画面を腹腔鏡用モニターに表示する方法であって、
前記複数の腹腔鏡用モニターのそれぞれに表示される映像画面について、複数個の画面回転操作部のうちの、少なくとも一つの画面回転操作部を用いた施術者の回転要求があるか否かを前記制御装置がチェックする過程と、
前記回転要求が存在することに応じて、前記制御装置が、複数台の腹腔鏡用モニターのうち、回転要求のあった画面操作部に対応する腹腔鏡用モニターに表示する映像画面について、回転角度制御情報に基づき、時計回り方向または反時計回り方向に回転するように制御することで、施術者自身が腹腔鏡用モニターを通して見る手術装備のイメージと施術者本人の実際の手術装備の方向が互いに類似または一致するようにする過程からなることを特徴とする表示方法。
