Claims (27)
- レンズの摘出の後に嚢内へと埋設し得るよう構成された眼内レンズであって、
前記眼内レンズが、患者の毛様体筋の収縮に応答して調節可能なものとされている場合に、
前記眼内レンズが、
流体チャネルを形成する部分を有した基材と;
レンズ部材と;
前記レンズ部材と前記基材との間に介装されたアクチュエータ層であるとともに、前記レンズ部材に対して当接して配置された少なくとも1つのレンズピストンを備え、このレンズピストンが、前記流体チャネルに対して流体連通されているような、アクチュエータ層と;
前記流体チャネルに対して流体連通状態で連結されたリザーバを有している触覚部分と;
前記レンズピストンと前記流体チャネルと前記リザーバとの中に配置された流体と;
を具備し、
患者の毛様体筋の動きによって、前記リザーバから前記レンズピストンに向けて前記流体が搬送されるようになっており、これにより、前記レンズ部材を偏向させ得るようになっていることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項1記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記レンズピストンが、前記アクチュエータ層の中央位置に配置されていることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項1記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記レンズ部材が、前記レンズ部材のすべての偏向範囲にわたって所望程度の光学的補正を維持し得るよう選択されたような非一様な径方向厚さを有していることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項1記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記流体が、前記レンズ部材の屈折率と前記基材の屈折率と前記アクチュエータ層の屈折率と実質的に同じ屈折率を有していることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項4記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記触覚部分が、少なくとも1つの触覚ピストンを備えていることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項5記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記触覚ピストンが、
前記リザーバの境界でありかつフレキシブルな境界を形成しているとともに、前記流体に対して接触している、ダイヤフラムと;
このダイヤフラムと協働し得るものとされた力集中部材であるとともに、前記ダイヤフラムに対して毛様体筋からの力を伝達するための力集中部材と;
を備えていることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項6記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記力集中部材が、前記ダイヤフラムに対して当接して配置されていることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項6記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記力集中部材が、前記ダイヤフラムに対して連結されていることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項8記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記力集中部材が、前記基材の延長部分内においてスライド可能に配置されたセグメントを備えていることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項1記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記触覚部分が、さらに、嚢に対して張力を印加するための1つまたは複数のフランジを備えていることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項1記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記触覚部分が、前記基材から延出された2つ以上のアームを備えていることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 眼内レンズであって、
レンズ部材を有した光学部分と;
この光学部分に対して連結された触覚部分と;
前記光学部分内に配置されているとともに、レンズピストンを備えた、アクチュエータ層と;
前記触覚部分内に配置されているとともに、前記レンズピストンに対して流体連通している、リザーバと;
前記レンズピストンと前記リザーバとの中に配置された流体と;
を具備し、
前記触覚部分に対して印加される力が、前記リザーバと前記レンズピストンとの間にわたって前記流体を駆動し、これにより、前記レンズピストンの膨出を制御し、さらにこれにより、前記レンズ部材の偏向度合いを制御していることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項12記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記光学部分が、光学的に透明な材料を備えていることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項12記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記レンズ部材が、前記レンズ部材のすべての偏向範囲にわたって所望程度の光学的補正を維持し得るよう選択されたような厚さを有していることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項12記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
さらに、基材を具備し、
この基材が、前記触覚部分と前記レンズピストンとを連結する流体チャネルを形成している部分を備えていることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項12記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記レンズ部材が、前方レンズ部材を備え、
前記光学部分が、さらに、後方レンズ部材を備えていることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項16記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記後方レンズ部材が、前記基材に対して一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項12記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記流体が、前記レンズ部材の屈折率および前記アクチュエータ層の屈折率と実質的に同じ屈折率を有していることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項12記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記触覚部分が、少なくとも1つの触覚ピストンを備えていることを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 請求項19記載の眼内レンズにおいて、
前記触覚ピストンが、
前記リザーバの境界でありかつフレキシブルな境界を形成しているとともに、前記流体に対して接触している、ダイヤフラムと;
このダイヤフラムと協働し得るものとされた力集中部材であるとともに、前記ダイヤフラムに対して毛様体筋からの力を伝達するための力集中部材と;
