衝撃ガードを製造するのに使用される。
Claims (6)
- 冷却した対の工具(30,31)で金属シート素材を製品(20〜24)に熱間スタンプ加工し、その対の工具中でそれらを固定具として用いて成形済みの製品を硬化させる方法であって、柔軟区域(11)を製品に形成するように対の工具の両方の工具が成形済みの製品に対する間隙(35)を有する領域を有する方法において、柔軟区域(11)にも良好な公差を有する製品(20〜24)を得るために、工具が、上記領域において、製品に対する個別の小さい接触面(33、34)を有し、これらの接触面が柔軟区域の面積の25%未満を占めることを特徴とする上記方法。
- 接触面(33、34)が柔軟区域の面積の20%未満を占める工具を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 柔軟区域の接触面(33、34)が線状に形成してある工具を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 柔軟区域の接触面(33、34)がスポットである工具を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 柔軟区域の接触面(33、34)が幅5mm未満である工具を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 柔軟区域の接触面(33、34)が幅2mm未満である工具を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
