Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- 約0.2g以下/10分の溶融流量を有するポリアセタールを含む粉末材料に熱および圧力を加える工程と、前記粉末材料を焼結させる工程とを含み、前記溶融流量が、2.16kgの負荷下で190℃において測定されるISO方法1133を用いて決定されることを特徴とする、物品を形成する方法。
- 前記ポリアセタールの融点以上の温度において焼結する前に、熱および/または圧力を前記粉末材料に加える工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粉末材料が、少なくとも1種の非溶融加工性ポリマーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記粉末材料が、約75〜約99重量パーセントのポリアセタールと約1〜約25重量パーセントの非溶融加工性ポリマーとを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記非溶融加工性ポリマーが前記ポリアセタール中に実質的に均一に分散されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記非溶融加工性ポリマーが超高分子量ポリエチレンであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記非溶融加工性ポリマーが、ポリイミド、フルオロポリマー、およびシリコーン油からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアセタールが直鎖状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粉末材料が潤滑剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粉末が、加工助剤、安定剤、着色剤、核剤、相溶化剤、および鉱物充填剤の1つまたは複数をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアセタールが、ISO方法1133に準拠して2.16kgの負荷下で190℃において測定される際、約0.15g以下/10分の溶融流量を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアセタールが、ISO方法1133に準拠して2.16kgの負荷下で190℃において測定される際、約0.1g以下/10分の溶融流量を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアセタールが、少なくとも約100,000の数平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアセタールが、少なくとも約110,000の数平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアセタールが、少なくとも約150,000の数平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアセタールが、約100,000〜約300,000の範囲の数平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結された粉末材料がダイを通して押出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結された粉末材料が連続的に押出されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記粉末材料が金型内で焼結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法から作製されることを特徴とする物品。
- 押出されたロッド、シート、ストリップ、または管の形態であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の物品。
- コンベヤシステム構成部材の形態であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の物品。
