Abstract
【解決手段】重量平均分子量100万〜400万の非射出成形性超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂100重量部と、ケッチェンブラック2〜15重量部と、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂粉末、黒鉛粉末およびシリコーン樹脂粉末から選ばれた少なくとも1つの平均粒子径1〜30μmの粉末0.5〜5重量部とを配合する。

Description
(1)非射出成形性UHMWPE樹脂−1:三井化学社製;ハイゼックスミリオン240S、重量平均分子量は200万、レーザー解析法による平均粒子径は120μm、異形状(男爵芋様)粒子である。
(2)非射出成形性UHMWPE樹脂−2:三井化学社製;ハイゼックスミリオン240M、重量平均分子量は240万、レーザー解析法による平均粒子径は160μm、異形状(男爵芋様)粒子である。
(3)導電性カーボン:ケッチェンブラックインターナショナル社製;ケッチェンブラックEC−600JD、1次粒子径は34nm(レーザー解析法による平均粒子径は0.5μm以下)であり、BET比表面積は、1270m2/gである。
(4)PTFE樹脂粉末:喜多村社製;KTL−610、レーザー解析法による平均粒子径12μmである。
(5)黒鉛粉末:Timcal Graphite and Carbon社製;TIMREX KS−25、固定炭素99.9重量%、レーザー解析法による平均粒子径25μmである。
(6)シリコーン樹脂粉末:信越化学工業社製;KMP−590、レーザー解析法による平均粒子径2μmである。
(7)射出成形可能なUHMWPE樹脂:三井化学社製;リュブマー、重量平均分子量は25万〜60万である。
(8)ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂:ビクトレックス・エムシー社製;PEEK−450P
表1に示した配合割合で原材料をヘンシェルミキサー乾式混合機にてドライブレンドし、プレス機を用いて0.5MPaの圧力を加え、外径φ122mm、内径φ64mm、高さ100mmの円筒素形材を予備成形し、370℃で5時間焼成した。焼成された円筒素形材からスカイブ加工にて厚さ1mmのシート材(成形体)を得た。このシート材より、縦30mm、横10mmの試験片をカットした。
表1に示した配合割合で原材料をヘンシェルミキサー乾式混合機にてドライブレンドし、2軸溶融押出機によってペレットを製造した。このペレットを射出成形機で、直径40mm、長さ10mmの円柱素形材に成形した後、この円柱素形材を切削加工して、厚さ1mm、縦30mm、横10mmの試験片に仕上げた。

Claims (15)
- 非射出成形性超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂100重量部と、導電性カーボン2〜15重量部と、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂粉末、黒鉛粉末およびシリコーン樹脂粉末から選ばれた少なくとも1つの粉末0.5〜5重量部とを配合したことを特徴とする導電性ポリエチレン樹脂組成物。
- 前記非射出成形性超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂が、重量平均分子量100万〜400万の超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の導電性ポリエチレン樹脂組成物。
- 前記非射出成形性超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂の粒子が非球状であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の導電性ポリエチレン樹脂組成物。
- 前記非射出成形性超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂の粒子の平均粒子径は、前記導電性カーボンの平均粒子径および前記粉末の平均粒子径の3倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2または請求項3記載の導電性ポリエチレン樹脂組成物。
- 前記非射出成形性超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂の粒子の平均粒子径が100〜200μmであり、前記導電性カーボンの平均粒子径が1μm以下であり、前記粉末の平均粒子径が1〜30μmであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項記載の導電性ポリエチレン樹脂組成物。
- 前記導電性カーボンが、ケッチェンブラックであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項記載の導電性ポリエチレン樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂粉末が、アルキルビニルエーテルで変性された変性ポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項記載の導電性ポリエチレン樹脂組成物。
- 前記黒鉛粉末が、固定炭素98.5重量%以上の人造黒鉛であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項記載の導電性ポリエチレン樹脂組成物。
- 前記シリコーン樹脂粉末が、球状のシリコーン樹脂粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項記載の導電性ポリエチレン樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか一項記載の導電性ポリエチレン樹脂組成物の圧縮成形による成形体であって、前記成形体の体積抵抗値は1.0×104〜1.0×1010Ωcmであることを特徴とする導電性ポリエチレン樹脂成形体。
- 前記導電性ポリエチレン樹脂成形体の表面は、前記超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂の粒子同士の粒界に前記導電性カーボンと前記粉末とが配されていることを特徴とする請求項10記載の導電性ポリエチレン樹脂成形体。
- 請求項10または請求項11記載の導電性ポリエチレン樹脂成形体からなることを特徴とする滑り軸受。
- 前記滑り軸受はプレーン軸受であることを特徴とする請求項12記載の滑り軸受。
- 前記滑り軸受は裏金に接着された積層軸受であることを特徴とする請求項12記載の滑り軸受。
- 請求項10または請求項11記載の導電性ポリエチレン樹脂成形体を切削加工してなることを特徴とする摺動シート。
