Claims (17)
- ヒトの目における屈折障害の進行を治療するための方法であって、
(a)第1屈折力を有する第1光学領および少なくとも1つの第2屈折力を有する第2光学領を備えるフレネルレンズを提供するステップと、
(b)第1屈折力を用いて屈折障害を矯正するステップおよび第2屈折力を用いて少なくとも1つの焦点外れを発生させるステップと、
を備える方法。 - ヒトの目における屈折障害が近視を含み、そして
前記ステップ(b)が、
近視を矯正するために第1光学領を通してヒトの目の網膜上で対象の第1光線の焦点合わせを行う工程と、
少なくとも1つの近視性焦点外れを発生させるために第2光学領を通して網膜の前方で対象の第2光線の焦点合わせを行う工程と、
を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。 - ヒトの目における屈折障害が遠視を含み、そして
前記ステップ(b)が、
遠視を矯正するために第1光学領を通してヒトの目の網膜上で対象の第1光線の焦点合わせを行う工程と、
少なくとも1つの遠視性焦点外れを発生させるために第2光学領を通して網膜の後方で前記対象の第2光線の焦点合わせを行う工程と、
を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)が、前記ステップ(b)における焦点外れを生成するフレネル同心二重焦点レンズを提供する工程を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(a)が、前記ステップ(b)における2つ以上の焦点外れを生成するフレネル同心多重焦点レンズを提供する工程を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ヒトの目における屈折障害の進行を治療するための方法であって、
(a)裏面層および部分的に透明な前面層を有する光学系を提供するステップと、
(b)ヒトの目の網膜上で前記前面層および裏面層のうちの一方の第1画像を生成するステップおよび焦点外れを発生させるために前記前面層および裏面層のうちの他方の層の第2画像を生成するステップと、
を備える方法。 - ヒトの目における屈折障害が近視を含み、そして
前記ステップ(b)が、網膜上で部分的に透明な前面層の第1画像を生成する工程および近視性焦点外れを発生させるために網膜の前方で裏面層の第2画像を生成する工程を備える、請求項6に記載の方法。 - ヒトの目における屈折障害が遠視を含み、そして
前記ステップ(b)が、網膜上で裏面層の第1画像を生成する工程および遠視性焦点外れを発生させるために網膜の後方で部分的に透明な前面層の第2画像を生成する工程を備える、請求項6に記載の方法。 - ヒトの目における屈折障害の進行を治療するための方法であって、
(a)第1屈折力を有する中心光学領および第2屈折力を有する少なくとも1つの周辺光学領を含むレンズを提供するステップと、
(b)第1屈折力を用いてヒトの目の網膜上で第1画像を生成するステップおよび焦点外れを発生させるために第2屈折力を用いて少なくとも1つの第2画像を生成するステップと、
を備える方法。 - ヒトの目における屈折障害が近視を含み、そして
前記ステップ(b)が、中心光学領を通してヒトの目の網膜上に中心視対象の光線を焦点合わせする工程および近視性焦点外れを発生させるために周辺光学領を通して網膜の前方において周辺視対象の光線を焦点合わせする工程を備える、請求項9に記載の方法。 - ヒトの目における屈折障害が遠視を含み、そして
ステップ(b)が、中心光学領を通してヒトの目の網膜上に中心視対象の光線を焦点合わせする工程および遠視性焦点外れを発生させるために周辺光学領を通して網膜の後方において周辺視対象の光線を焦点合わせする工程を備える、請求項9に記載の方法。 - ヒトの目における屈折障害の進行を治療するための方法であって、
(a)中心視対象および少なくとも1つの周辺視対象を有する光学系を提供するステップと、
(b)ヒトの目の中心網膜上に中心視対象の第1画像を生成するステップと、焦点外れを発生させるために周辺視対象の第2画像を生成するステップと、
を備える方法。 - ヒトの目における屈折障害が近視を含み、そして
前記ステップ(b)の焦点外れを発生させるために周辺視対象の第2画像を生成する工程が、近視性焦点外れを発生させるためにヒトの目の周辺網膜の前方において周辺視対象の第2画像を生成することを備える、請求項12に記載の方法。 - ヒトの目における屈折障害が遠視を含み、そして
前記ステップ(b)の焦点外れを発生させるために周辺視対象の第2画像を生成する工程が、遠視性焦点外れを発生させるためにヒトの目の周辺網膜の後方において周辺視対象の第2画像を生成することを備える、請求項12に記載の方法。 - ヒトの目における屈折障害の進行を治療するための方法であって、
(a)ヒトの目の網膜上に第1画像を生成するステップと、
(b)焦点外れを発生させるために第2画像を生成するステップと、
を備える方法。 - ヒトの目における屈折障害が近視を含み、そして
前記ステップ(b)が、近視性焦点外れを発生させるためにヒトの目の網膜の前方において第2画像を生成する工程を備える、請求項15に記載の方法。 - ヒトの目における屈折障害が遠視を含み、そして
前記ステップ(b)が、遠視性焦点外れを発生させるためにヒトの目の網膜の後方において第2画像を生成する工程を備える、請求項15に記載の方法。
