Description
前記一対の各インプラントは、直径4mm以下、好ましくは3mm以下の瞳孔に関して、着用者の遠視力に対応するピークと、中間視力と近見視力との間で広がる、すなわち中間視力と近見視力との間で不連続とならない非対称ピークと、を有するTFMTF(スルーフォーカス変調伝達関数)曲線を有し、
前記一対の一方のインプラントに関して、TFMTF値は、近見視力よりも中間視力において大きく、
前記一対の他方のインプラントに関して、前記TFMTF値は、中間視力よりも近見視力において大きく、
前記一方のインプラントの前記非対称ピークの立ち上がりエッジが、絶対値として、立ち下がりエッジよりも大きい平均勾配を有する一方で、前記他方のインプラントの前記非対称ピークの立ち上がりエッジは、絶対値として、立ち下がりエッジよりも小さい平均勾配を有することを特徴とするアセンブリに関する。
前記非対称ピークの重なりは、少なくとも0.10のTFMTF値に対応し、
前記非対称ピークの前記重なりは、少なくとも0.15のTFMTF値に対応し、
前記非対称ピークの各々の頂点は、少なくとも0.15のTFMTF値を有し、
遠視力に対応する前記ピークの頂点におけるそれぞれのTFMTF値は、30%未満の差を有する。
Claims (5)
- 一対の多焦点眼内インプラントから成るアセンブリであって、
前記一対の多焦点眼内インプラントはそれぞれ、直径4mm以下、好ましくは3mm以下の瞳孔に関して、着用者の遠視力(VL)に対応するピーク(A/VL;B/VL)と、中間視力(VI)と近見視力(VP)との間で広がる、すなわち中間視力(VI)と近見視力(VP)との間で不連続とならない非対称ピーク(A/PE;B/PE)とを有するTFMTF(スルーフォーカス変調伝達関数)曲線を有し、
前記一対の多焦点眼内インプラントの一方に関して、TFMTF値は、近見視力(VP)よりも中間視力(VI)において大きいことと、
前記一対の多焦点眼内インプラントの他方に関して、前記TFMTF値は、中間視力(VI)よりも近見視力(VP)において大きいことと、
前記一対の多焦点眼内インプラントの前記一方の前記非対称ピーク(A/PE)の立ち上がりエッジ(FA)が、絶対値として、立ち下がりエッジ(FD)よりも大きい平均勾配を有する一方で、前記一対の多焦点眼内インプラントの前記他方の前記非対称ピーク(B/PE)の立ち上がりエッジ(FA)は、絶対値として、立ち下がりエッジ(FD)よりも小さい平均勾配を有することと
を特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 前記非対称ピーク(A/PE;B/PE)の重なりは、少なくとも0.10のTFMTF値に対応することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記非対称ピーク(A/PE;B/PE)の前記重なりは、少なくとも0.15のTFMTF値に対応することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記非対称ピーク(A/PE;B/PE)の各々の頂点は、少なくとも0.15のTFMTF値を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアセンブリ。
- 遠視力(VL)に対応する前記ピーク(A/VL;B/VL)のうちの一方の前記ピーク(A/VL)の頂点におけるTFMTF値と遠視力(VL)に対応する前記ピーク(A/VL;B/VL)のうちの他方の前記ピーク(B/VL)の頂点におけるTFMTF値との差は、30%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
