Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- エミッタ電極、レシーバ電極及び前記エミッタ電極から前記レシーバ電極への電場を発生させる手段を有する近接センサにおいて、前記近接センサの近傍にある物体の検知はセンサの出力電圧の減少により示され、前記エミッタ電極と前記レシーバ電極との間に置かれる電動ガード電極をさらに有する近接センサ。
- 電位の物体に面していない部分を遮蔽する、前記レシーバ電極に対する第2の電動ガード電極をさらに有する請求項1に記載の近接センサ。
- 前記レシーバ電極は増幅器の入力部に接続され、前記増幅器の出力は前記第1及び
第2のガード電極を駆動させる請求項2に記載の近接センサ。 - 前記増幅器の利得は実質的に一定である請求項3に記載の近接センサ。
- 接地シールドは、前記エミッタ電極に対して設けられ、エミッタ電極の電位の物体に面していない部分を遮蔽する請求項1に記載の近接センサ。
- 放射線源及び検出器を有するスイングアームであり、さらに請求項1に記載の近接センサを1つ以上有する撮像システム用のスイングアーム。
- 請求項6に記載のスイングアーム、前記スイングアームを撮像されるべき被験者に対し所望の位置に移動させる動力手段、及び前記1つ以上の近接センサの出力に従って前記動力手段を制御する手段を有する撮像システム。
