Description
Claims (13)
- 検知電極を有する容量タイプの近接センサであって、前記検知電極が、導電領域及び非導電領域をもつ表面を有し、前記センサが、前記検知電極と対象との間の電界を測定し、
前記導電領域が、前記検知電極の全体の寸法のサイズにあわせて最適化される寸法を有し、それにより、前記検知電極の構造全体の領域においてセンサ感度の均一性を最適化する、センサ。 - 前記対象は接地される、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 前記導電領域は互いに電気的に接続される、請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ。
- 前記導電領域は、処理エレクトロニクスに電気的に接続される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。
- 前記表面は、実質的に平坦な領域を有し、これらの実質的に平坦な領域は、非導電領域を有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。
- 前記表面は、実質的に非平坦な領域を有し、これらの実質的に非平坦な領域は、導電領域を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。
- 前記センサの感度は、前記センサの形状から実質的に独立している、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。
- 前記対象は、動物又は人間である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のセンサを有する医用X線診断及び/又はX線治療及び/又は核診断/治療のための装置。
- 医用X線診断及び/又はX線治療及び/又は核診断/治療のためのシステムであって、
医用X線診断及び/又はX線治療及び/又は核診断/治療のための装置と、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のセンサを有する対象と、
を有するシステム。 - 医用X線診断及び/又はX線治療及び/又は核診断/治療のための装置と対象との間の衝突を回避する方法であって、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のセンサと前記対象との間の距離を測定するステップと、
前記距離が小さい場合、前記装置と前記センサとの間の接近を止めるステップと、
を含み、前記装置が前記センサを有する、方法。 - プロセッサによって実行されるとき、請求項11に記載の方法を実施するように適応されるプログラム要素。
