Claims (4)
- 熱可塑性ポリマー層をエラストマーの表面に接合する方法において、
発泡エラストマーを使用して、該エラストマーの表面に熱可塑性層を押し付ける一方、
前記エラストマーを熱放射により加熱し、
前記熱可塑性層は熱放射を透過し、
前記エラストマーの表面は熱放射を吸収し、
前記熱放射は照射により前記熱可塑性層を通して導入することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記エラストマーは開孔表面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電磁波はレーザ光により形成することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマーの熱伝導度は0.2W/mK以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
