Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態1にかかるレーザー光を用いた接合方法により得られた接合品Aを示すものである。この接合品Aは、第1部材1と第2部材2とがレーザー接合用中間部材3により接合されてなるものである。
図3は、参考例にかかるレーザー光を用いた接合方法により得られた接合品Aを示すものである。参考例では、実施形態1で使用したレーザー接合用中間部材3とは異なるレーザー接合用中間部材30を使用する点と、第2部材2がレーザー光透過性を有していてもよい点とで、実施形態1とは異なっている。以下、実施形態1と異なる部分について詳細に説明する。
第1部材1は、無色透明なポリカーボネート板(三菱樹脂株式会社製)である。第1部材1の長さは75mmで、幅は25mmであり、また、厚さは2mmである。
参考例では、第1部材1及び第2部材2は、共に、無色透明なポリカーボネート板(三菱樹脂株式会社製)であり、長さは75mmで、幅は25mmで、厚さは2mmである。
実施例1と同様にしてレーザー接合用中間部材3を得た。但し、カーボンブラックの添加量は0.0007重量部とし、レーザー光吸収率は上記の条件で30%とした。比較例1の第1部材1及び第2部材2は実施例1と同じである。
実施例1と同様にしてレーザー接合用中間部材3を得た。但し、カーボンブラックの添加量は0.0023重量部とし、レーザー光吸収率は上記の条件で70%とした。比較例1の第1部材1及び第2部材2は実施例1と同じである。
参考例と同様にしてレーザー接合用中間部材3を得た。但し、カーボンブラックの添加量は0.0016重量部とし、第1レーザー光吸収層31及び第2レーザー光吸収層32のレーザー光吸収率は上記の条件で15%とした。レーザー接合用中間部材3全体のレーザー光吸収率は、28%であった。
参考例と同様にしてレーザー接合用中間部材3を得た。但し、第1レーザー光吸収層31のカーボンブラックの添加量は0.0102重量部とし、第2レーザー光吸収層32のカーボンブラックの添加量は0.0016重量部とした。
参考例と同様にしてレーザー接合用中間部材3を得た。但し、第1レーザー光吸収層31のカーボンブラックの添加量は0.0016重量部とし、第2レーザー光吸収層32のカーボンブラックの添加量は0.0102重量部とした。
参考例と同様にしてレーザー接合用中間部材3を得た。但し、カーボンブラックの添加量は0.0102重量部とし、第1レーザー光吸収層31及び第2レーザー光吸収層32のレーザー光吸収率は上記の条件で40%とした。レーザー接合用中間部材3全体のレーザー光吸収率は、64%であった。

Claims (1)
- レーザー光透過性を有する第1部材と、レーザー光吸収性を有する第2部材との間に、レーザー光吸収性を有するレーザー接合用中間部材を介在させ、上記第1部材及び上記第2部材を上記レーザー接合用中間部材により接合するレーザー光を用いた接合方法において、
上記レーザー接合用中間部材のレーザー光に対する吸収率を40%以上60%以下に設定し、上記第2部材のレーザー光に対する吸収率を60%以上に設定しておき、
上記第1部材及び上記第2部材の間に上記レーザー接合用中間部材を介在させた状態で、上記第1部材、上記レーザー接合用中間部材及び上記第2部材を重ね合わせ、
次いで、上記第1部材側からレーザー光を照射することを特徴とするレーザー光を用いた接合方法。
