Claims (2)
- 樹脂を成形してなる第1部材と、該第1部材を構成する樹脂の溶解性パラメータと2.0以上離れた溶解性パラメータを持つ樹脂を成形してなる第2部材とを、両部材の間にポリマーアロイからなる中間材を配置した状態でレーザー光を照射して接合する接合方法において、
上記ポリマーアロイは、第1樹脂と、第2樹脂とを含んでおり、該ポリマーアロイ中の第1樹脂の溶解性パラメータと上記第1部材を構成する樹脂の溶解性パラメータとの差を1.0以下に設定するとともに、該ポリマーアロイ中の第2樹脂の溶解性パラメータと上記第2部材を構成する樹脂の溶解性パラメータとの差を1.0以下に設定し、かつ、上記ポリマーアロイ中の第1樹脂と第2樹脂との溶解性パラメータの差を、上記第1部材を構成する樹脂と上記第2部材を構成する樹脂との溶解性パラメータの差よりも小さく設定しておき、
上記中間材を、上記第1部材と上記第2部材との間に配置し、
次いで、上記第1部材、上記中間材及び上記第2部材を重ねた状態で、レーザー光を照射して上記中間材を加熱し、上記ポリマーアロイ中の第1樹脂と上記第1部材とを融着するとともに、ポリマーアロイ中の第2樹脂と上記第2部材とを融着することを特徴とするレーザー光を用いた接合方法。 - 請求項1に記載のレーザー光を用いた接合方法において、
中間材のポリマーアロイの第1樹脂と第2樹脂とのうち、少なくとも一方がエラストマーであることを特徴とするレーザー光を用いた接合方法。
