Claims (27)
- 液体と別の物質を混合する混合装置であって、
前記液体及び前記他の物質を内部に導入するための少なくとも1つの入口を有する容器と、
液体及び他の物質を噴射されるように配置された容器内部の面と、
容器から物質の混合物を放出するための出口と、
を備える、混合装置。 - 前記装置は、使用時に、前記入口が前記面の上方に位置するように配列されている、請求項1に記載の混合装置。
- 前記容器内に前記混合物の所定量を保持する手段をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載の混合装置。
- 前記放出手段は前記出口に接続された調節弁を備えている、請求項2に記載の混合装置。
- 衝突部材が前記面を形成する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の混合装置。
- 前記衝突部材は前記混合物中に浮遊するように配置されている、請求項5に記載の混合装置。
- 前記衝突部材に接続されるフロートをさらに備える、請求項6に記載の混合装置。
- 前記容器内に前記衝突部材の運動を案内するために配置されたガイド部材をさらに備える、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の混合装置。
- 前記衝突部材は前記容器内に固定位置を有する、請求項6に記載の混合装置。
- 前記容器内の前記混合物は前記面を提供する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の混合装置。
- チャンバの一部が前記面を提供する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の混合装置。
- 前記容器内に前記液体を導入するために配置されたポンプをさらに備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の混合装置。
- 前記他の物質は、気体、液体又は固体から選択されている、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の混合装置。
- 前記液体及び前記他の物質は一方を他方に溶解できる、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の混合装置。
- 前記混合物は、前記液体及び前記他の物質の溶剤、浮遊物、コロイド又は乳化物である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の混合装置。
- 前記液体は水であり、前記他の物質はオゾンを備えている、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の混合装置。
- 液体及び別の物質を混合する方法であって、
容器内に前記液体及び前記他の物質を導入することと、
前記液体を面の方向に向けることにより、前記液体及び前記他の物質が飛び散って混合物を形成するようにすることと、
前記容器から結果として生じる混合物を放出することと、
の各ステップを備える方法。 - 前記混合物の量を前記容器内に保持する一方で、前記混合物の一部が下流のプロセスに放出されるステップをさらに備える、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 保持される前記混合物の前記量は、前記下流のプロセスへの前記混合物の放出の前に、前記容器内の前記混合物に所定期間の残留時間を提供する、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 衝突部材が前記面を形成し、前記部材は混合物の前記保持される量の前記面上で浮遊し、前記方法はさらに、前記面と、前記液体及び前記物質が前記容器に入る前記入口手段との間に、所定の距離を設けるステップを備える、請求項17又は18に記載の方法。
- 前記液体及び前記物質の供給が連続的である、請求項17〜20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記他の物質は気体、液体又は固体から選択される、請求項17〜21のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物は前記液体及び前記他の物質の溶剤、浮遊物、コロイド又は乳化物である、請求項17〜22のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合により前記物質間の化学反応を生じさせる、請求項17〜21のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応は前記物質間の沈殿化学反応である、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記液体は水であり、前記他の物質はオゾンを含む気体混合物である、請求項17〜22のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- オゾンを含む容器内に水を飛び散らせるステップを備える、水にオゾンを溶解する方法。
