Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係るトルク分配装置は,少なくとも1本の出力軸に対して伝達される出力トルク比を可変とするものであり,コンピュータの制御下で複数の遊星歯車機構により一方の軸に対して他方の軸を増速又は減速させる。本発明は,特に自動車用として好適である。

Description
前記ユニットが歯車モジュール及び制御モジュールを具え,該歯車モジュールが,共通回転するように結合された太陽歯車を有し,かつ,互いに並行して配置された2個の遊星歯車列を具え,歯車モジュールにおける一方の内歯車が差動モジュールの遊星キャリアに接続され,歯車モジュールにおける他方の内歯車が前記出力部材の一方に接続可能とされ,
前記制御モジュールが,歯車モジュールにおけるキャリアの速度を変更することにより前記差動モジュールを,使用時に一方の出力部材に対して他方の出力部材より大きなトルクを分配するようにバイアス作動させるものである。

Claims (10)
- 入力部材と,2つの出力部材と,入力部材及び出力部材の間に配置され,トルクを入力部材から出力部材に分配可能な遊星差動モジュールとを有するトルク分配ユニットであって,該ユニットが歯車モジュールと制御モジュールとを更に具え,歯車モジュールが並行して配置された遊星歯車列を具えると共に共通の遊星キャリアを有し,歯車モジュールが遊星差動モジュールの遊星キャリアに作動接続され,制御モジュールが歯車モジュールの遊星キャリアの速度を増減させて遊星差動モジュールから出力部材の一方に対し,他方に対するよりも大きなトルクを伝達可能としたトルク分配ユニットにおいて,前記遊星差動モジュール,歯車モジュール及び制御モジュールが共通の回転軸線を有し,かつ,歯車モジュールを真中にして軸線方向に直列配置されていることを特徴とするトルク分配ユニット。
- 請求項1記載のトルク分配ユニットであって,遊星差動モジュールが,入力部材に接続された内歯車と,出力部材の一方に接続された太陽歯車と,出力部材の他方に接続された遊星キャリアとを具え,該遊星キャリアが前記内歯車及び太陽歯車の間で直列作動する二重遊星歯車を有し,歯車モジュールが,並行して配置され,かつ,共通回転するように接続された太陽歯車を有する2つの遊星歯車列を具え,歯車モジュールにおける一方の内歯車が遊星差動モジュールの遊星キャリアに接続され,歯車モジュールにおける他方の内歯車が出力部材の一方に接続されていることを特徴とするトルク分配ユニット。
- 請求項2記載のトルク分配ユニットであって,出力部材の一方が軸であり,該軸に対して歯車モジュールの太陽歯車が同軸であることを特徴とするトルク分配ユニット。
- 請求項3記載のトルク分配ユニットであって,遊星差動モジュールの太陽歯車が,歯車モジュールの太陽歯車と同軸であることを特徴とするトルク分配ユニット。
- 請求項3又は4記載のトルク分配ユニットであって,出力部材の他方が軸であり,出力部材が互いに同軸であることを特徴とするトルク分配ユニット。
- 請求項5記載のトルク分配ユニットであって,出力部材が互いに逆向きに配置されていることを特徴とするトルク分配ユニット。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のトルク分配ユニットであって,制御モジュールが接続分離可能な2つのブレーキを有し,遊星差動モジュールが,入力部材に接続された内歯車と,歯車モジュールにおけるキャリア,二重遊星歯車及び遊星キャリアに接続された太陽歯車とを具え,前記の各ブレーキが歯車モジュールの遊星キャリア及び制御モジュール列の遊星キャリアに接続され,前記ブレーキが直接モード及び間接モードで作動可能であり,直接モードでは一方のブレーキが歯車モジュールのキャリアを減速するよう接続され,間接モードでは他方のブレーキが前記遊星制御モジュール列を介して歯車モジュールのキャリアを増速するよう接続されることを特徴とするトルク分配ユニット。
- 請求項7記載のトルク分配ユニットであって,前記遊星制御モジュール列の遊星キャリアが,歯車モジュールの遊星キャリアに対して半径方向外側に配置されていることを特徴とするトルク分配ユニット。
- 請求項7又は8記載のトルク分配ユニットであって,前記ブレーキが相互に半径方向に配置されていることを特徴とするトルク分配ユニット。
- 請求項9記載のトルク分配ユニットであって,前記ブレーキが相互間に共通の接地要素を有することを特徴とするトルク分配ユニット。
