Abstract
一种双流百向传动器,由双流变速器与合动器连接构成。双流变速器是两个行星排连接形成的结构。合动器采用两种单层星行星排之一。在动力转速从动力输入端(2)输入、传动到合动器输出端(11)输出的过程中,通过输入远控转速、周转转速之一来控制输出轴围绕合动器轴周转,输出轴围绕合动器轴正转与反转的周转控制力矩平衡,输入的动力转速全部转化为输出端的转速,与周转转速互不干涉,与远控转速互不干涉,不需要为了克服单向支座力矩而采用结构复杂的周转控制装置、远控控制装置,周转控制装置、远控控制装置结构简单。
