Abstract
Description
1.ポンプ用電動機5及び内燃機関1は通常運転で回転している。
2.ポンプ用電動機5は停止し、内燃機関1は通常運転で回転している。オイルポンプ4は内燃機関1を用いて駆動され、E−ドライブは遮断される。更に、ポンプ用電動機5を始動させる試みは、例えば運転温度が上昇した時に継続される。
3.ポンプ用電動機5は回転し、内燃機関1は停止している。この場合、第一電動機2を用いた内燃機関1の始動は繰り返される。代替として、内燃機関1の困難な始動は第一クラッチ10を係合して行なわれてもよく、そのとき該内燃機関1は第一及び第二電動機2、3を用いて始動される。
4.ポンプ用電動機5及び内燃機関1は停止している。この場合、始動は第一電動機2を用いて繰り返される。

Claims (9)
- 自動車の駆動伝達系を運転する方法であって、シフト用要素に加圧油を供給するために備えられたオイルポンプがポンプ用電動機により駆動され、第一電動機もまた前記オイルポンプに連結可能である方法において、
必要に応じ、前記ポンプ用電動機(5)の始動を援助するために、前記第一電動機(2)に電圧を加え、前記オイルポンプ(4)に連結することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第一電動機(2)が自己作動型クラッチ(11)を介して前記オイルポンプ(4)に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一電動機(2)が最初に電圧を加えられ、次に前記ポンプ用電動機(5)が電圧を加えられることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の方法。
- 前記第一電動機(2)と前記ポンプ用電動機(5)が同時に電圧を加えられることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の方法。
- 前記第一電動機(2)の通電が、前記ポンプ用電動機(5)が所定の速度に達すると直ちにスイッチオフされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 所定の温度未満において始動援助運転が行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 自動車用の駆動伝達系であって、
−油圧でシフト可能な動力伝達ユニットと、
−第一クラッチを介して前記動力伝達ユニットの入力軸に接続可能な内燃機関と、
−第一電動機と、
−前記動力伝達ユニットに加圧油を供給するために設けられ、前記内燃機関又はポンプ用電動機により駆動されるオイルポンプとを備えた駆動伝達系において、
前記オイルポンプ(4)を駆動するための前記ポンプ用電動機(5)が、センサレスモータの形態であることを特徴とする駆動伝達系。 - 前記ポンプ用電動機(5)の制御ユニット(19)がCANバスを経由して、変速機及び/又はエンジンの制御システムに接続されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の駆動伝達系。
- 前記オイルポンプ(4)が内接歯車ポンプの形態であることを特徴とする請求項7あるいは8に記載の駆動伝達系。
