Claims (24)
- 冷媒を収容する回路と、
モータと、駆動系アセンブリと、圧縮室と、を備えた圧縮機と、
前記モータと前記圧縮室との間に配置されたオイル分離器と、
を備えてなる蒸気圧縮装置。 - 前記オイル分離器内の前記冷媒の圧力が、前記圧縮室を出る冷媒の圧力よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮装置。
- 前記冷媒が、二酸化炭素からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮装置。
- 前記冷媒が、前記圧縮室を出る際には臨界点を上回り、前記オイル分離器内では前記臨界点を下回ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮装置。
- 前記蒸気圧縮装置が、遷臨界的であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮装置。
- 前記オイル分離器からオイルを受けるオイル溜めを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮装置。
- 前記オイル分離器が、吸着媒体を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮装置。
- 前記オイル分離器が、複数の蛇行通路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮装置。
- 前記圧縮機が吸入プレナムを備え、前記オイル分離器が前記吸入プレナム内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮装置。
- 前記オイル分離器が、吸着媒体を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の蒸気圧縮装置。
- 前記吸着媒体が、スチールフォームを備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の蒸気圧縮装置。
- 前記圧縮機が、前記モータによって生成された熱を吸収するように前記冷媒が通流する吸入流路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮装置。
- 冷媒を前記圧縮室へと誘導するように前記吸入流路へと延びる通路を備えるとともに、前記通路が、前記駆動アセンブリのオイルはけ口領域から間隔を介した入口を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の蒸気圧縮装置。
- モータと、
潤滑油を含んだ駆動アセンブリと、
圧縮室と、
前記モータに隣接するとともに、一部が前記駆動アセンブリからの潤滑油に露出される冷媒流路と、
前記流路まで延在する冷媒用の通路であって、前記潤滑油に露出される前記流路の前記一部から間隔を介した入口を備えた通路と、
を備えてなる遷臨界蒸気圧縮装置の圧縮機アセンブリ。 - 前記冷媒が、二酸化炭素からなることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の圧縮機アセンブリ。
- 前記モータおよび前記駆動アセンブリが少なくとも一つのベアリングによって支持されたロータを備え、前記ベアリングが潤滑油を備え、前記入口が前記ベアリングから間隔を介することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の圧縮機アセンブリ。
- 前記流路が、前記モータを取り巻くように環状であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の圧縮機アセンブリ。
- 前記通路と連通する入口と、前記圧縮室と連通する出口と、を含んだ吸入プレナムを備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の圧縮機アセンブリ。
- 前記冷媒からオイルを分離する吸着媒体を備えることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の圧縮機アセンブリ。
- 前記吸着媒体が、多孔性材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の圧縮機アセンブリ。
- モータと、
駆動アセンブリと、
圧縮室と、
前記圧縮室への冷媒用の通路を画定する吸入プレナムと、
前記吸入プレナム内に配置されたオイル分離器と、
を備えてなる遷臨界蒸気圧縮装置の圧縮機アセンブリ。 - 前記オイル分離器が、吸着媒体を備えることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の圧縮機アセンブリ。
- 前記オイル分離器が、蛇行通路を備えることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の圧縮機アセンブリ。
- 前記圧縮室を出る冷媒が臨界点を上回り、前記圧縮室に入る冷媒が前記臨界点を下回ることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の圧縮機アセンブリ。
