Abstract
【課題】 接着剤を溶解なしで確実に前組立できる固定装置を提供する。
【解決手段】 固定部材(1)に、外表面(4)の方向へ開放した受容凹み(6)を設け、受容凹み(6)の範囲には、保持機構(8,9;14;15,16,18;20,21)を構成し、溶融接着剤を、押込部材(11)を固定部材(1)に結合できるよう保持機構(8,9;14;15,16,18;20,21)に適合された構造を有する押込部材(11)として構成する。

即ち、保持機構が、該受容凹みの側部内壁の少なくとも部分であることが好ましい。
該側部内壁が、保持機構の範囲に、内方へ突出し押込部材に係合する一群のリブを有することが好ましい。
保持機構が、該受容凹みの底部内壁に形成された一群の保持トングを有することが好ましい。
保持トングが、それぞれ、係止ノーズを有し、押込部材が、該係止ノーズと補完関係の対応構造を有し、該係止ノーズおよび該対応構造が、相互に係合されることが好ましい。
保持機構が、該受容凹み内を軸線方向へ摺動自在な保持ピンを有し、押込部材が、保持ピンを導入できるピン開口を有するよう構成されていることが好ましい。

Claims (7)
- 外表面を有する固定部分を備える固定部材と、支持部材に固定部材を固定するため溶融性であり且つ固定部材の外表面および支持部材に面結合できる溶融接着剤とを有する固定装置において、
固定部材(1)が、外表面(4)の方向へ開放した受容凹み(6)を有し、
受容凹み(6)の範囲には、保持機構(8,9;14;15,16,18;20,21)が構成されており、
溶融接着剤が、押込部材(11)を固定部材(1)に結合できるよう保持機構(8,9;14;15,16,18;20,21)に適合された構造を有する押込部材(11)として構成されていること
を特徴とする固定装置。 - 保持機構が、該受容凹み(6)の側部内壁(8)の少なくとも部分であることを特徴とする請求項1の固定装置。
- 該側部内壁(8)が、保持機構の範囲に、内方へ突出し押込部材(11)に係合する一群のリブ(9)を有することを特徴とする請求項2の固定装置。
- 保持機構が、押込部材(11)と該受容凹み(6)の少なくとも1つの内面(7,8)との間に設けた接着剤(14)を有することを特徴とする請求項1−3の1つに記載の固定装置。
- 保持機構が、該受容凹み(6)の底部内壁(7)に形成された一群の保持トング(20)を有することを特徴とする請求項1の固定装置。
- 該保持トング(20)が、それぞれ、係止ノーズ(21)を有し、押込部材(11)が、該係止ノーズ(21)と補完関係の対応構造(23)を有し、該係止ノーズ(21)および該対応構造(23)が、相互に係合されることを特徴とする請求項5の固定装置。
- 該保持機構が、該受容凹み(6)内を軸線方向へ摺動自在な保持ピン(15)を有し、押込部材(11)が、該保持ピン(15)を導入できるピン開口(18)を有するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5の固定装置。
