Claims (29)
- 複数の流動可能な材料を分配する装置であって、
前記材料を保持するための複数の容器と、
複数のポンプであって、各々が容器に接続されるか又は該容器をそれぞれの前記ポンプに取外し可能に接続されるコネクタを具備する、複数の前記ポンプと、を備え、
前記計量ポンプの能力が選択可能である装置。 - 少なくとも幾つか、好ましくは全ての前記ポンプは、
比較的大きな分配能力を有する1つの機構と、
比較的小さな分配能力を有する別の機構と、の少なくとも2つのポンプ機構を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ポンプ又は前記ポンプ機構の少なくとも1つがポンプチャンバ内に収容されたポンプネジを備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ネジの有効外径はそれぞれの前記チャンバの有効内径を上回っており、
前記ネジのリムは前記ポンプの配置方向に少なくとも部分的に曲げられている、
請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記ネジの有効外径はそれぞれのチャンバの有効内径よりも小さく、これにより、前記ネジと前記チャンバの間に間隙を生じさせ、

- 物質を混合させる方法であって、
複数の容器を備え、各容器は流動可能な材料を保持すると共に、複数のポンプを備え、各ポンプは前記容器の1つにリンクされる、装置を供する段階と、
前記所定の量の流動可能な材料を少なくとも1つのポンプによってレセプタクル内に分配する段階と、
前記レセプタクル内に分配された所定の量の流動可能な前記材料の重量を計量する段階と、
分配された前記所定の量を所望の量と比較する段階と、
以後の分配における前記ポンプの作動を調整するために、分配された前記所定の量と、前記所望の量と、の差を使用する段階と、を備える方法。 - 少なくとも幾つか、好ましくは全ての前記計量ポンプは、少なくとも2つのポンプ機構を備え、
1つの機構によって前記量の比較的多量の部分を分配し、他の機構によって前記量の比較的小量の部分を分配する段階を更に備える、請求項19に記載の方法。 - 前記多量の部分は前記小量の部分より少なくとも十倍多い、請求項20に記載の方法。

前記ポンプは共通のレセプタクルに分配するように位置づけられると共に、前記レセプタクル及び前記ポンプの運転を制御するコンピュータと協働する重量計量装置を備える方法において、
前記容器から第1の所定の量の流動可能な材料を引き込むために選択されたポンプを運転する段階と、
前記コンピュータに記憶された前記容器からの流動可能な材料の所望の分配量に対するポンプ作動パラメータに関連するプログラムに従って前記レセプタクルに第1の所定の量を分配する段階と、
前記レセプタクルに分配された実際の量の重量を計量する段階と、
前記実際の量と、前記第1の所定の量と、を比較する段階と、
前記ポンプに対する偏差を決定するために、前記実際の量と、前記第1の所定の量と、の差を判断する段階と、
選択された前記ポンプを制御して運転することによって、前記容器から前記レセプタクルまで更に分配するための変更として、判断された前記差を利用する段階と、を備える方法。 - 別々の容器から流動可能な材料を引き込む個別に制御される分配ポンプを利用して複数の流動可能な成分を分配する方法であって、
前記ポンプは共通のレセプタクルに分配するように位置づけられると共に、前記レセプタクル及び前記ポンプの運転を制御するコンピュータと協働する重量計量装置を備える方法において、
前記コンピュータに記憶された、前記ポンプ運転のパラメータを予め定められ仮定された量の流動可能な材料に関連させるプログラムに従って、前記レセプタクルに、前記材料の所望の完全な量より少ない、選択された流動可能な材料の予め定められ仮定された量を移動させるために、選択されたポンプを制御された態様で運転する段階と、
前記レセプタクルに実際に分配された量の重量を計量する段階と、
分配された実際の量を前記予め定められ仮定された量と比較する段階と、
選択されたポンプに対する、予め定められ仮定された量と、実際に分配された量と、の間の偏差を決定するために、実際に分配された前記量と、予め定められ仮定された量と、の差を判断する段階と、
選択された前記ポンプを制御して運転することによって、更なる分配のための変更として、判断された前記差を利用する段階と、を備える方法。
