- 前記変形可能な部分は、固有のばね弾性によって拡張可能であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の拡張可能な骨装置。
- 前記変形可能な部分は、形状記憶合金から構成されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の拡張可能な骨装置。
- 前記変形可能な部分は、立体的な角柱形状に拡張可能であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の拡張可能な骨装置。
- 前記拡張可能な装置は、経椎弓根法によって導入可能であり、かつ前記ブリッジ要素によって周囲構造に係止可能であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の拡張可能な骨装置。
- 前記ブリッジ要素は、剛性であり、かつ前記拡張可能な装置に連結するように適合されて、癒合による固定を実現することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の拡張可能な骨装置。
- 前記ブリッジ要素は、可撓性であり、前記拡張可能な装置に連結するように適合されて、癒合によらない固定を実現することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の拡張可能な骨装置。
- 前記ブリッジ要素は、前記拡張可能な装置の高さとは異なる脊椎の高さにて、さらに他の装置と連結可能であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の拡張可能な骨装置。
- 前記拡張可能な骨装置は、椎体圧迫骨折を治療するように適合されて体内で拡張可能な装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張可能な骨装置。
- 前記拡張可能な骨装置を取り出し、回収するための回収スリーブをさらに含み、
前記回収スリーブは、前記支持面を収縮させるように、前記変形可能な末端部分の方に遠位に押されるように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張可能な骨装置。 - 前記拡張可能な骨装置の動きを近位と遠位とのどちらにも制限するように適合された係止機構をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張可能な骨装置。
- 前記係止機構は、前記拡張可能な骨装置の近位部分にねじ付くねじ付き固定具を含むことを特徴とする請求項27に記載の拡張可能な骨装置。
- 前記拡張可能な骨装置は、癒合を促進するために脊椎の椎間板空間内に配置可能な椎体間癒合装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張可能な骨装置。
- 縦軸に沿って延在する単体を備え、
前記単体は、
骨構造に隣接して配置するための収縮位置と、拡張位置と、を有する変形可能な部分と、
