Abstract
Description
・フォイルがソノトロードに対して押圧されることによる押圧力が、対応する周波数及び振幅でのソノトロードのストローク動作に該フォイルが常に追随することが出来る大きさとなるように、フォイルをソノトロードに設ける。
・前記フォイルを介して超音波エネルギーを媒体中に導入し、摩耗現象をフォイルに移動させるようにする。

Claims (21)
- ソノトロードを介して流動性媒体内に超音波を導入する方法であって、該流動性媒体は前記ソノトロードと直接接触することはなく、
前記方法は、以下の処理ステップを有する、
−フォイルが前記ソノトロードに対して押圧されることによる押圧力が、対応する周波数及び振幅での前記ソノトロードのストローク動作に該フォイルが常に追随することが出来る大きさとなるように、前記フォイルを前記ソノトロードに設け、
−前記フォイルを介して超音波エネルギーを前記媒体中に導入し、摩耗現象を前記フォイルに移動させるようにする。 - 前記フォイルの押圧力は、前記ソノトロードに面した側を、低減された圧力とすることで生成される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 加えて、前記フォイルのソノトロードが面した側の反対側に、過圧力を作用させる、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記フォイルの押圧力は、該フォイルの上に張力を生じさせることにより作用させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ソノトロードに面した前記フォイルの側は、液体で濡れている、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記フォイルは前記ソノトロードの上を、連続的にまたは非連続的に移動する、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ソノトロード(4、16,21)を介して流動性媒体(2)内に超音波を導入する装置であって、該流動性媒体(2)は前記ソノトロード(4,16,21)と直接接触することはなく、
前記装置は、
自己誘発摩耗からソノトロード(4,16,21)を保護するために、フォイル(8,18)を前記ソノトロード(4,16,21)と前記媒体(2)の間に、該フォイル(8,18)が直接ソノトロード(4,16,21)と接触するか、該ソノトロード(4,16,21)上に100ミクロンまでの隙間を介して間接的に配置し、
前記ソノトロード(4,16,21)上に前記フォイル(8,18)により及ぼされる押圧力を張力で支持し、該押圧力は、前記装置の運転中は、該フォイル(8、18)が前記ソノトロード(4,16,21)と直接または間接に常に接触し、ストローク動作に追従できるような大きさに常に維持される、
ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記フォイル(8)は、前記ソノトロード(4)を保持する装置(1)とフローセル(7)の間に設けられている、請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記フォイル(18)は、超音波タンク(16)の内壁に対して押圧されていることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記フォイル(8)は前記ソノトロード(21)の周囲に配置され、緊張装置(22)により保持されている、請求項7記載の装置
- 低減された圧力が、前記ソノトロード(4,16)に向いた前記フォイル(8,18)の側の後ろに形成されたスペースに適用される、請求項7ないし9のうち、いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記流動性媒体(2)は過圧力下にある、請求項7ないし11のうち、いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記装置には、フォイル(8)を連続的または非連続的に進める移動装置(14)が設けられている、請求項7ないし12のうち、いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フォイル(8,18)の前記ソノトロード(4,16,21)に面した側は、液体で濡れている、請求項7ないし13のうち、いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記液体は、油である、請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記液体は、人工的な樹脂である、請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記液体は、シリコン化合物である、請求項15記載の装置。
- 前記フォイル(8,18)は、金属フォイルである、請求項7ないし17のうち、いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フォイル(8,18)は、プラスチィクフォイルである、請求項7ないし17のうち、いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記フォイル(8,18)の厚さは、5から200ミクロンの間である、請求項7ないし19のうち、いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 液体物質が、前記100ミクロンまでの隙間の中に配置されている、請求項7記載の装置。
