Abstract
【解決手段】外輪23と、内輪22と、外輪23と内輪22との間に介在する円すいころ24と、円すいころ24を保持する保持器25とを備え、外輪23が内輪に対して空転する空転状態と、外輪23が内輪22と同期回転するシフト状態とに切り替わる自動車用変速機のアイドラ部位に用いられる円すいころ軸受である。外輪軌道面角度を2αとし、ころ角度をβとしたときに、α/β≧4.9とした。

Claims (6)
- 外輪と、内輪と、外輪と内輪との間に介在する円すいころと、円すいころを保持する保持器とを備え、外輪が内輪に対して空転する空転状態と、外輪が内輪と同期回転するシフト状態とに切り替わる自動車用変速機のアイドラ部位に用いられる円すいころ軸受において、
外輪軌道面角度を2αとし、ころ角度をβとしたときに、α/β≧4.9としたことを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 外輪と、内輪と、外輪と内輪との間に介在する円すいころと、円すいころを保持する保持器とを備え、外輪が内輪に対して空転する空転状態と、外輪が内輪と同期回転するシフト状態とに切り替わる自動車用変速機のアイドラ部位に用いられる円すいころ軸受において、
円すいころの表面にMoS2処理を施すとともに、外輪軌道面角度を2αとし、ころ角度をβとしたときに、α/β≧4.75としたことを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - ころ係数γが0.94を越えることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 保持器のポケットの窓角を55°以上80°以下にしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器は樹脂製であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記樹脂製の保持器は、ポリアミドもしくは、ポリフェニレンサルファイドであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の円すいころ軸受。
