ここで、保持器について中立位置とは、保持器が軸方向のどちらにも偏らず円すいころの小端面と保持器のポケット内壁面との間および円すいころの大端面と保持器のポケット内壁面との間にほぼ均等なすきまが形成された状態、かつ、径方向について軸受中心と保持器の仮想中心が一致した状態(各ポケットすきまが均等な状態)を意味する。

Claims (3)
- 内輪と、外輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間に転動自在に配された複数の円すいころと、前記円すいころを円周所定間隔に保持する保持器とを備えた、保持器が軸中心に位置した状態で保持器と外輪とが接触しないタイプの円すいころ軸受において、
(ころ本数×ころ平均径)/(π×PCD)で表されるころ係数が0.94を越え、
ポケット柱面のころの当たり幅が左右共にポケット軸方向中央位置に対しポケット長さの10%以上確保され、
保持器を中立位置から小径側に軸方向移動させた状態で径方向に移動させると外輪と接触するように保持器外径を設定したことを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 保持器が鉄板製であることを特徴とする請求項1の円すいころ軸受。
- 保持器が樹脂製であることを特徴とする請求項1の円すいころ軸受。
