Abstract
【解決手段】 基材を、セメントに代表される原材料と水を混合し水和反応により硬化せしめる製造法を取るものに限定し、光触媒粒子を分散させた水溶液を、基材の表面にその硬化前に付着させて、水溶液中の無機成分と基材中の無機成分の硬化反応により光触媒粒子を表面に固着させる。

Claims (5)
- 光触媒粒子を分散させた水溶液を、原材料と水を混合し水和反応により硬化せしめる基材の表面に、該基材の硬化前に付着させ、該水溶液中の無機成分と該基材中の無機成分の硬化反応により、該光触媒粒子を該基材の表面に固着させることを特徴とする機能性建材の製造方法。
- 前記基材がポルトランドセメント、アルミナセメント、セッコウ、生石灰、水との混合により遊離のアルカリ土類金属イオンを生ずる物質から選ばれた1種もしくは2種以上の物質を含みかつ前記光触媒粒子を分散させた水溶液がコロイド状の二酸化けい素、同状の酸化アルミニウム、同状の酸化チタン(IV)、同状の酸化亜鉛、りん酸イオン、硫酸イオン、炭酸イオンから選ばれた1種もしくは2種以上の成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性建材の製造方法。
- 前記光触媒粒子を分散させた水溶液がアルカリ土類金属イオンから選ばれた1種もしくは2種以上の成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性建材の製造方法。
- 前記基材が酸化亜鉛を含みかつ前記光触媒粒子を分散させた水溶液が塩化亜鉛を含むか、もしくは前記基材が酸化マグネシウムを含みかつ前記光触媒粒子を分散させた水溶液が塩化マグネシウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性建材の製造方法。
- 前記基材が酸化亜鉛、アルミノシリケート化合物、酸化アルミニウム、二酸化けい素から選ばれた1種もしくは2種以上の物質を含みかつ前記光触媒粒子を分散させた水溶液がりん酸を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性建材の製造方法。
