Abstract
【解決手段】一組の結合部48a、48bを有するベース体38と、該ベース体38の孔部36に挿通され、二方弁14のポート28aに螺合される連結プラグ42とを備え、該連結プラグ42の螺合作用下にベース体38が共に前記二方弁14の取付面34に対して装着される。また、ベース体38の端面には、シール部材40が装着され、このシール部材40が二方弁14の取付面34に当接することによってシールされる。そして、アダプタ20の結合部48a、48bに対して接続装置16の第1及び第2接続フランジ98b、116bが係合される。

前記接続装置の係合部が係合される突部を有するボディと、
前記ボディに挿通され、圧力流体の流通する孔部と、前記圧力流体の供給・排出される前記流体圧機器のポートに螺合されるねじ部とを有する連結部材と、
を備え、
前記連結部材が前記ポートに螺合されることにより、前記ボディと共に前記連結部材が前記流体圧機器に装着されることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 一方及び他方の流体圧機器の間に接続装置が配設され、前記流体圧機器側に臨んだ前記接続装置の係合部を介して流体圧機器同士を互いに連結し、前記流体圧機器における流体通路を相互に連通させる際に用いられる流体圧機器の接続具であって、
前記接続装置の係合部が係合される突部を有するボディと、
前記ボディに挿通され、圧力流体の流通する孔部と、前記圧力流体の供給・排出される前記流体圧機器のポートに螺合されるねじ部とを有する連結部材と、
を備え、
前記連結部材が前記ポートに螺合されることにより、前記ボディと共に前記連結部材が前記流体圧機器に装着されることを特徴とする流体圧機器の接続具。 - 請求項1記載の接続具において、
前記ボディには、前記ポートが開口した前記流体圧機器の端面に当接自在なシール部材が設けられることを特徴とする流体圧機器の接続具。 - 請求項1記載の接続具において、
前記ボディには、前記ポートが開口した前記流体圧機器の端面に当接自在な第1シール部材が設けられると共に、前記連結部材との間に第2シール部材が設けられることを特徴とする流体圧機器の接続具。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の接続具において、
前記連結部材の孔部には、該連結部材を前記ポートに螺合させる際に工具が挿入される工具孔を備えることを特徴とする流体圧機器の接続具。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の接続具において、
前記突部は、前記ボディの中央部に貫通した孔部を中心として所定間隔離間して一組設けられることを特徴とする流体圧機器の接続具。
