Abstract
【解決手段】優れた安定性及び良好な触媒活性を有する金属アセチルアセトネートとアセチルアセトンとを含んだ触媒システムにより、アセチルアセトンが、比較的低温にて触媒反応が高い金属アセチルアセトネートの触媒反応を遅延させる遅延機能を発揮し、ポリウレタンが加熱されてアセチルアセトンが放出された時、金属アセチルアセトネートがその上昇温度にて比較的に速い硬化作用を提供し、ポリウレタンが硬化される。

Description
とが可能な熱硬化性ポリウレタン成形発泡体(forming froth)の製造に関与する。
定なポリウレタン成形成分を含む。即ち、ポリイソシアン酸塩(polyisocyanate)や活性水素化合物(active hydrogen compound)のごとき、最低でも約70℃(または急速硬化促進触媒の存在下では環境温度)においてのみ、(存在するならば、典型的には触媒存在下で)相互反応性を有する成分と、加熱等で硬化するまで発泡体の構造を安定させている有機ポリシロキサン界面活性剤とを含んでいる。この新規な発泡体内のガスまたはバブルは、空気等のいかなる不活性ガスであってもよく、小形バブルあるいはセル(cell)の形態で液相全体に均一に拡散されている。

Claims (7)
- ポリウレタンの製造方法であって、
少なくとも1種の金属アセチルアセトネートとアセチルアセトンの混合物で成り、前記金属アセチルアセトネートと前記アセチルアセトンとの重量比が2:1である触媒システムを含んだ反応ウレタン混合物を準備するステップと、
該反応ウレタン混合物及び該触媒システムを、前記アセチルアセトンが実質的に駆逐され、前記金属アセチルアセトネートが前記反応ウレタン混合物の硬化を促進する温度にまで加熱するステップと、
を含んでいることを特徴とするポリウレタン製造方法。 - 前記反応ウレタン混合物は発泡体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポリウレタン製造方法。
- 前記反応ウレタン混合物は物理的に起泡された発泡体であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のポリウレタン製造方法。
- 前記金属アセチルアセトネートの金属は、アルミニウム、バリウム、カドミウム、カルシウム、セリウム(III)、クロム(III)、コバルト(II)、コバルト(III)、銅(II)、インジウム、鉄(III)、ランタン、鉛(II)、マンガン(II)、マンガン(III)、ネオジミウム、ニッケル(II)、パラジウム(II)、カリウム、サマリウム、ナトリウム、テルビウム、チタニウム、バナジウム、イットリウム、亜鉛、及びジルコニウムからなる群から選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポリウレタン製造方法。

- 請求項2の方法で製造されたポリウレタン。
- 請求項3の方法で製造されたポリウレタン。
