Abstract
【解決手段】燃焼システム100は、燃焼煙道ガスを流すためのハウジングと、ハウジング内に流されるアンモニア系液体試薬と、アンモニア系液体を煙道ガスから隔離するためハウジング内に連結された膜接触器からなり、当該膜接触器が気液界面領域を画成する複数の細孔を含み、アンモニア系液体及び煙道ガスが気液界面領域で接触することで、アンモニア系液体中へのCO2の化学吸収により煙道ガスから二酸化炭素を分離してCO2リッチなアンモニア系液体を生成する膜接触器とを含む吸収器ユニット130、並びに吸収器ユニットに連結された脱離器ユニット150であって、CO2リッチなアンモニア系液体を受け入れてCO2を遊離させる脱離器ユニットを含んでなる。

Claims (20)
- 煙道ガスの処理方法であって、
膜接触器を有する吸収器ユニットを用意する段階、
膜接触器の第1の表面に沿って燃焼煙道ガスを流す段階、
膜接触器の第2の対向表面に沿ってアンモニア系液体試薬を流す段階、並びに
膜接触器の複数の細孔によって画成された気液界面領域でアンモニア系液体及び煙道ガスが接触するようにしてアンモニア系液体を煙道ガスから部分的に隔離することで、アンモニア系液体中へのCO2の化学吸収により煙道ガスから二酸化炭素(CO2)を分離してCO2リッチなアンモニア系液体を生成する段階
を含んでなる方法。 - さらに、脱離器ユニットを吸収器ユニットに連結する段階を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- さらに、CO2リッチなアンモニア系液体を脱離器ユニットに流す段階を含む、請求項2記載の方法。
- さらに、CO2リッチなアンモニア系液体を加熱してCO2リッチなアンモニア系液体からCO2を遊離させる段階を含む、請求項3記載の方法。
- 膜接触器を有する吸収器ユニットを用意する段階が、疎水性膜接触器を有する吸収器ユニットを用意することからなる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 膜接触器を有する吸収器ユニットを用意する段階が、膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレン膜接触器を有する吸収器ユニットを用意することからなる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 燃焼システムであって、
燃焼煙道ガスを流すためのハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に流されるアンモニア系液体試薬と、
前記アンモニア系液体を煙道ガスから隔離するため前記ハウジング内に連結された膜接触器であって、当該膜接触器が気液界面領域を画成する複数の細孔を含み、前記アンモニア系液体及び煙道ガスが前記気液界面領域で接触することで、前記アンモニア系液体中へのCO2の化学吸収により煙道ガスから二酸化炭素を分離してCO2リッチなアンモニア系液体を生成する膜接触器と
を含む吸収器ユニット、並びに
前記吸収器ユニットに連結された脱離器ユニットであって、CO2リッチなアンモニア系液体を受け入れてCO2を遊離させる脱離器ユニット
を含んでなる燃焼システム。 - 前記膜接触器が疎水性材料からなる、請求項7記載の燃焼システム。
- 前記膜接触器が膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレン材料からなる、請求項7記載の燃焼システム。
- 前記膜接触器が複数の中空繊維を含む、請求項7記載の燃焼システム。
- 前記複数の中空繊維が多管式構造をなしてパッケージされている、請求項10記載の燃焼システム。
- 前記膜接触器が実質的に平坦なシートを含む、請求項7記載の燃焼システム。
- 前記実質的に平坦なシートがらせん巻きモジュールとしてパッケージされている、請求項12記載の燃焼システム。
- 煙道ガス処理装置であって、
燃焼煙道ガスを流すためのハウジング、
前記ハウジング内に流されるアンモニア系液体試薬、並びに
前記アンモニア系液体を煙道ガスから隔離するため前記ハウジング内に連結された膜接触器であって、当該膜接触器が気液界面領域を画成する複数の細孔を含み、前記アンモニア系液体及び煙道ガスが前記気液界面領域で接触することで、前記アンモニア系液体中へのCO2の化学吸収により煙道ガスから二酸化炭素を分離してCO2リッチなアンモニア系液体を生成する膜接触器
を含んでなる煙道ガス処理装置。 - 前記膜接触器が疎水性材料からなる、請求項14記載の煙道ガス処理装置。
- 前記膜接触器が膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレン材料からなる、請求項14記載の煙道ガス処理装置。
- 前記膜接触器が複数の中空繊維を含む、請求項14記載の煙道ガス処理装置。
- 前記複数の中空繊維が多管式構造をなしてパッケージされている、請求項17記載の煙道ガス処理装置。
- 前記膜接触器が実質的に平坦なシートを含む、請求項7記載の煙道ガス処理装置。
- 前記実質的に平坦なシートがらせん巻きモジュールとしてパッケージされている、請求項12記載の煙道ガス処理装置。
