Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る無菌環境維持装置は、吸気口11及び排気口12を有する無菌室10と、該無菌室10の吸気口11若しくは吸気口11及び排気口12を塞ぐ様に設置されたHEPAフィルター3と、無菌室10に過酸化水素等の滅菌物質を供給する滅菌物質供給部とを具え、無菌室10には、HEPAフィルター3へ向けて、オゾン等の無害化物質を噴霧する無害化物質供給部が配備されている。

Description
本発明に係る第1のアイソレータにおいては、図1に示す如く、キャビネット(1)内に、吸気口(11)及び排気口(12)を有する無菌室(10)が形成され、無菌室(10)には、吸気口(11)及び排気口(12)をそれぞれ塞ぐ様にHEPAフィルター(3)(3)が設置されている。
本発明に係る第2のアイソレータにおいては、図11に示す如く、キャビネット(1)内に、吸気口(11)及び排気口(12)を有する無菌室(10)が形成され、無菌室(10)には、吸気口(11)及び排気口(12)をそれぞれ塞ぐ様にHEPAフィルター(3)(3)が設置されている。
本発明に係る第3のアイソレータにおいては、図16に示す如く、キャビネット(1)内に、吸気口(11)及び排気口(12)を有する無菌室(10)が形成され、無菌室(10)には、吸気口(11)及び排気口(12)をそれぞれ塞ぐ様にHEPAフィルター(3)(3)が設置されている。従来のアイソレータと違い、予め、このHEPAフィルター表面には白金をスパッタリングして含有させている。

Claims (9)
- 吸気口及び排気口を有する無菌室と、該無菌室の吸気口若しくは吸気口及び排気口を塞ぐ様に設置された微粒子捕集フィルターと、滅菌物質を前記無菌室に供給する滅菌物質供給部とを具えた無菌環境維持装置であって、前記微粒子捕集フィルターへ向けて、前記滅菌物質を無害化するための無害化物質を放出する無害化物質供給部が配備されていることを特徴とする無菌環境維持装置。
- 前記無害化物質供給部は、前記吸気口を塞ぐ様に設置された前記微粒子フィルターの前記吸気口側の面に向けて無害化物質を放出していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の無菌環境維持装置。
- 前記滅菌物質供給部は、無菌室に前記滅菌物質を含むガス若しくは溶存した液体の微粒子を供給するものであり、前記無害化物質供給部は、前記微粒子捕集フィルターへ向けて、前記無害化物質を含むガス若しくは溶存した液体の微粒子を供給するものである請求項1又は請求項2に記載の無菌環境維持装置。
- 前記滅菌物質は第1の活性酸素種であり、前記無害化物質は第2の活性酸素種であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れかに記載の無菌環境維持装置。
- 前記滅菌物質は過酸化水素又はオゾンであり、前記無害化物質はアルカリ水であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れかに記載の無菌環境維持装置。
- 吸気口及び排気口を有する無菌室と、該無菌室の吸気口若しくは吸気口及び排気口を塞ぐ様に設置された微粒子捕集フィルターと、滅菌物質を前記無菌室に供給する滅菌物質供給部とを具えた無菌環境維持装置であって、前記微粒子捕集フィルターへ向けて、前記滅菌物質を無害化する照射手段が配備されていることを特徴とする無菌環境維持装置。
- 前記滅菌物質は活性酸素種であり、前記照射手段は紫外線照射装置、超音波照射装置、熱照射装置、赤外線照射装置の何れか又はそれらの組み合わせである請求項6に記載の無菌環境維持装置。
- 吸気口及び排気口を有する無菌室と、該無菌室の吸気口及び排気口を塞ぐ様に設置された微粒子捕集フィルターと、滅菌物質を前記無菌室に供給する滅菌物質供給部とを具えた無菌環境維持装置であって、前記微粒子捕集フィルターは前記滅菌物質を無害化するための無害化物質を含有していることを特徴とする無菌環境維持装置。
- 前記無害化物質は、酸化剤、還元剤、活性炭、白金、酸化鉄、酸化銅、酸化マンガン、カタラーゼ、フラーレン、ポリフィリンの亜鉛錯体、クロロフィル類の化合物の何れか1種類以上含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の無菌環境維持装置。
