Abstract
Description
[発光速度]=[発光量子収率]/[発光寿命]
で表されるが、錯体の構造を非対称とするとf−f遷移が許容遷移となり発光速度が大きくなる。従って、錯体構造を非対称構造にすることにより発光量子収率を高めることができる。ここで非対称型構造とは、錯体全体の構造が非対称形をとるように配位子を選択した錯体構造をいう。
[1] 下記一般式(1)で表される強発光性希土類錯体である。
本発明の強発光性希土類錯体は一般式(1)で表される。
Eu(hfa)3(PZO)錯体(実施例2)、Eu(hfa)3(H2O)2錯体(比較例1)およびEu(hfa)3(TPPO)2(比較例2)のTHF中における発光スペクトルを測定した。測定はHITACHI F−4500を用いた。錯体濃度は全て2×10−5Mで測定した。
Claims (9)
- 下記一般式(1)で表される強発光性希土類錯体。
- 一般式(1)中のLnが、Eu、Tb、Yb、Nd、Er、Sm、DyまたはCeのいずれかである請求項1記載の強発光性希土類錯体。
- 一般式(1)中のR1〜R18がすべてメチル基である請求項1または2記載の強発光性希土類錯体。
- 一般式(1)中のa、bおよびcがすべて1である請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の強発光性希土類錯体。
- 基板上に載置された、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の強発光性希土類錯体を透明マトリックス中に導入した薄膜から成るレーザー発振部と、該レーザー発振部に対して励起光を照射する照射手段とを備えることを特徴とするレーザー発振装置。
- 透明マトリックスが、透明樹脂、透明無機材料または透明有機−無機ハイブリッド材料のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のレーザー発振装置。
- 透明樹脂が、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアクリレート、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリカーボネート、エポキシ樹脂、ポリスチレン、シロキサンポリマー、これらのハロゲン化物もしくは重水素化物、またはこれらを二種以上混合した樹脂のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のレーザー発振装置。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項記載の強発光性希土類錯体を混入させた、樹脂、透明無機材料または透明有機−無機ハイブリッド材料のいずれかからなることを特徴とする光機能材料。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項記載の強発光性希土類錯体を含有する成形体と、励起光源とを備えることを特徴とする発光装置。
