Abstract
【解決手段】ころ軸受の転動体8の内部でかつ該転動体8の自転中心となる転動中心線A1に、該転動中心線A1方向のひずみを検出する異なるブラッグ回折格子間隔を持つひずみ検出センサ3(G1〜Gn)を複数設け、これらひずみ検出センサ3から出力される複数の検出データに基づいて転動体8の転動中心線A1に沿う荷重分布を測定する。

Description
以下に本発明の第1実施例を図1〜図7に基づいて説明する。図1は、本発明の実施例1であるころ軸受転動体のひずみ検出装置101の全体構成を示す図である。また、図2は、図1に示すころ軸受及び転動体内部に挿入する光ファイバひずみ検出センサの設置状態を示す図、図3は光ファイバひずみ検出センサの構成を示す図である。

Claims (2)
- 同軸上に配置された円環状の外輪と内輪との間の軌道空間に複数の転動体が一定の間隔をおいて配置され、これら外輪と内輪との相対回転に伴って軌道空間内の転動体が自転しつつ公転するころ軸受において、
前記転動体の内部でかつ該転動体の自転中心となる転動中心線にひずみ検出センサを配置し、該ひずみ検出センサを転動中心線に沿って移動させることにより、該転動中心線上の複数の位置にて該転動中心線方向のひずみを検出することを特徴とするころ軸受転動体のひずみ検出方法。 - 同軸上に配置された円環状の外輪と内輪との間の軌道空間に複数の転動体が一定の間隔をおいて配置され、これら外輪と内輪との相対回転に伴って軌道空間内の転動体が自転しつつ公転するころ軸受において、
前記転動体の内部でかつ該転動体の自転中心となる転動中心線に沿うように、該転動中心線方向のひずみを検出するひずみ検出センサを複数配置することを特徴とするころ軸受転動体のひずみ検出装置。
