Claims (7)
- 回転軸を固定部材に対して回転自在に保持する軸受に生じるスラスト荷重を計測するスラスト荷重計測装置であって、
前記軸受に固定されるインナリングと、前記固定部材に固定されるアウタリングと、前記インナリングと前記アウタリングとを連結する複数の連結部材と、を含む計測用リングと、
前記複数の連結部材の全部又は一部に配置され該連結部材の歪みを計測するセンサと、
を備えることを特徴とするスラスト荷重計測装置。 - 前記センサは、前記連結部材に生じる剪断歪みを計測するセンサを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラスト荷重計測装置。
- 前記センサは、前記連結部材の前記回転軸の軸線に平行な側面に貼付された歪ゲージである、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスラスト荷重計測装置。
- 前記センサは、前記連結部材に生じる曲げ歪みを計測するセンサを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のスラスト荷重計測装置。
- 前記センサは、前記連結部材の前記回転軸の軸線に直交する側面に貼付された歪ゲージである、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスラスト荷重計測装置。
- 前記連結部材の肉厚は、前記インナリング及び前記アウタリングの肉厚よりも薄く形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラスト荷重計測装置。
- 前記アウタリングは、前記固定部材に締まり嵌めされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラスト荷重計測装置。
