Abstract
【解決手段】合成繊維からなる複数のヤーンを撚り合わせて形成される複数のストランドを備えたロープである。本ロープのストランドの少なくとも最外層を形成するヤーンは、ストランドを形成する前の状態で合成繊維7の表面および合成繊維7間に顔料およびバインダー8を分散させて着色処理された着色ヤーンである。そして、当該着色ヤーンは、超高分子量ポリエチレン繊維からなる。

Claims (3)
- 合成繊維からなる複数のヤーンを撚り合わせて形成される複数のストランドを備え、
前記ストランドの少なくとも最外層を形成する前記ヤーンは、前記ストランドを形成する前の状態で前記合成繊維の表面および前記合成繊維間に顔料およびバインダーを分散させて着色処理された着色ヤーンであり、当該着色ヤーンは、超高分子量ポリエチレン繊維からなることを特徴とする、着色ロープ。 - 前記着色ヤーンの繊度が、60000dT以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着色ロープ。
- 前記着色ヤーンにおける前記バインダーの付着量は、着色処理される前の前記ヤーンの重量の7%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の記載の着色ロープ。
