Abstract
【解決手段】回転式の磁石29は、回転体30の外面に複数の永久磁石体31を固定しものである。磁石29は、ろ過手段である回転ドラム20の前工程にて、磁性フロック16を含む処理流体から磁性フロック16を吸引するとともに、ろ過手段の後工程でも、ろ過された処理流体から磁性フロック16を磁気吸引する。磁石29は、モータにより回転される。回転ブラシ37及びへら38は、磁石29により吸引された磁性フロック16を汚泥として回収する。

Description
かかる構成により、磁気分離ろ過浄化装置を小型化し得るものとなる。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態による磁気分離ろ過浄化装置の全体構成を示すシステム構成図である。 図2は、本発明の一実施形態による磁気分離ろ過浄化装置に用いる膜分離装置の拡大断面図である。図3は、図2のA−A断面図である。
脱水装置で脱水された処理汚水は、配管44を通じて処理汚水槽45に入り、配管47を通り、ポンプ46で加圧された後、配管48を通って原水槽1に戻り、再び前処理工程に導入される。
次に、図4及び図5を用いて、本発明の他の実施形態による磁気分離ろ過浄化装置の構成について説明する。本実施形態による磁気分離ろ過浄化装置の全体構成は、図1に示したものと同様である。
図4は、本発明の他の実施形態による磁気分離ろ過浄化装置に用いる膜分離装置の拡大断面図である。図5は、図4のA−A断面図である。なお、図1〜図3と同一符号は、同一部分を示している。

Claims (4)
- 磁性物質,あるいは非磁性の被除去物と磁性体とを凝集させた磁性物質,または化学反応により生じさせた磁性物質を含む処理流体から磁性物質を吸引する第一磁場発生手段と、
前記第一磁場発生手段の表面に設けられ、前記第一磁場発生手段から汚泥を回収する第一汚泥回収手段と、
前記第一磁場発生手段により磁性物質の吸引された前記処理流体をろ過するろ過手段と、
前記ろ過手段でろ過された磁性物質を磁気吸引する第二磁場発生手段と、
前記第ニ磁場発生手段の表面に設けられ、前記第二磁場発生手段から汚泥を回収する第二汚泥回収手段と、
前記第一磁場発生手段を回転させる第一磁場回転手段と、
前記第二磁場発生手段を回転させる第二磁場回転手段とを備えることを特徴とする磁気分離ろ過浄化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の磁気分離ろ過浄化装置において、
前記第一磁場発生手段と第一磁場回転手段および第二磁場発生手段と第二磁場回転手段は、同一の磁場発生手段と磁場回転手段により構成され、
また第一および第二汚泥回収手段は、同一の汚泥回収手段により構成され、
前記第一磁場回転手段および第二磁場回転手段は、同一の磁場回転手段により構成されることを特徴とする磁気分離ろ過浄化装置。 - 請求項2記載の磁気分離ろ過浄化装置において、
前記磁場発生手段は、複数の永久磁石と、これらの永久磁石を固定する回転体と、前記複数の永久磁石を水密保護する保護筒で構成され、
前記回転体は、前記保護筒に締結手段で固定されることを特徴とする磁気分離ろ過浄化装置。 - 請求項1記載の磁気分離ろ過浄化装置において、
前記磁性物質を含む被処理流体の流動速度に合わせて、前記第一磁場発生手段を回転させる第一磁場回転手段の回転速度を制御する制御手段を備えることを特徴とする磁気分離ろ過浄化装置。
