Description
かかる構成により、磁気分離ろ過浄化装置を小型化し得るものとなる。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態による磁気分離ろ過浄化装置の全体構成を示すシステム構成図である。 図2は、本発明の一実施形態による磁気分離ろ過浄化装置に用いる膜分離装置の拡大断面図である。図3は、図2のA−A断面図である。
脱水装置で脱水された処理汚水は、配管44を通じて処理汚水槽45に入り、配管47を通り、ポンプ46で加圧された後、配管48を通って原水槽1に戻り、再び前処理工程に導入される。
次に、図4及び図5を用いて、本発明の他の実施形態による磁気分離ろ過浄化装置の構成について説明する。本実施形態による磁気分離ろ過浄化装置の全体構成は、図1に示したものと同様である。
図4は、本発明の他の実施形態による磁気分離ろ過浄化装置に用いる膜分離装置の拡大断面図である。図5は、図4のA−A断面図である。なお、図1〜図3と同一符号は、同一部分を示している。

Claims (3)
- 磁性物質,あるいは非磁性の被除去物と磁性体とを凝集させた磁性物質,または化学反応により生じさせた磁性物質を含む処理流体が底から流入する水槽と、
前記処理流体から磁性物質を吸引する磁場発生手段と、
前記磁場発生手段の表面に設けられ、前記磁場発生手段から汚泥を回収する汚泥回収手段と、
前記磁場発生手段により磁性物質の吸引された前記処理流体をろ過するろ過手段と、
前記磁場発生手段を回転させる磁場回転手段と、
前記水槽の底に入口が接続されており、前記水槽と第1の隔壁との間に構成された第1の流路と、
該第1の流路の出口に入口が接続されており、前記磁場回転手段と第2の隔壁との間に構成される第2の流路と、
を備え、
前記水槽の底から流入し前記第1の流路と前記第2の流路を通る処理流体に含まれる磁性物質を前記磁場発生手段により吸引するとともに、
前記第2の流路を通って前記水槽に流入し、前記ろ過手段でろ過され、前記ろ過手段の外表面から洗い流され、前記水槽の水面近傍に停留する磁性物質を前記磁場発生手段により、磁気吸引し、
前記磁場発生手段により磁気吸引された汚泥を前記汚泥回収手段により回収する
ことを特徴とする磁気分離ろ過浄化装置。 - 請求項1記載の磁気分離ろ過浄化装置において、
前記磁場発生手段は、複数の永久磁石と、これらの永久磁石を固定する回転体と、前記複数の永久磁石を水密保護する保護筒で構成され、
前記回転体は、前記保護筒に締結手段で固定されることを特徴とする磁気分離ろ過浄化装置。 - 請求項1記載の磁気分離ろ過浄化装置において、
前記磁性物質を含む被処理流体の流動速度に合わせて、前記磁場発生手段を回転させる磁場回転手段の回転速度を制御する制御手段を備えることを特徴とする磁気分離ろ過浄化装置。
