Abstract
【解決手段】位置センサ24,25から測定変位に対して波長λのピッチで正弦波状に変化する90度位相の異なる2つの信号を出力とする。記憶器30,31には、前記2つの信号についてのオフセット値が記憶されており、減算器8,9において前記2つの信号からオフセット値がそれぞれ除去される。オフセット除去後の2つの信号は、内挿演算器17において位置データに変換される。また、半径演算器18は、オフセットを除去後の2つの信号の半径値を演算する。FFT19において前記位置データと半径値に基づいて、オフセット値を演算し、記憶器30,31に記憶されているオフセット値を更新する。前記2つの信号の振幅比修正値、位相差修正値についても同様に更新する。

Claims (7)
- 測定変位に対して波長λのピッチで正弦波状に変化する90度位相の異なる2つの信号を出力とする位置センサからの出力信号を位置情報に変換する位置検出装置において、
位置センサからの2つの信号についてのオフセット値を記憶するオフセット記憶手段と、
前記位置センサの2つの信号から前記オフセット記憶手段が記憶するオフセット値をそれぞれ除去するオフセット除去手段と、
オフセット除去後の2つの信号を位置データに変換する内挿演算手段と、
前記オフセットを除去後の2つの信号の自乗和の平方根を演算する半径演算手段と、
前記測定変位が波長λの整数倍で変化したときの前記位置データと前記半径演算手段の出力値に基づいて、前記オフセット記憶手段に記憶させるオフセット値を演算するオフセット値演算手段と、
を具備し、
オフセット値演算手段において得られたオフセット値によって前記オフセット記憶手段に記憶されているオフセット値を更新することを特徴とする位置検出装置。 - 前記オフセット値演算手段は、前記半径演算手段の出力値の変化をフーリエ解析した波長λの成分に基づき、オフセット値を演算することを特徴とする請求項1記載の位置検出装置。
- 前記オフセット値演算手段は、前記半径演算手段の出力値の変化をフーリエ解析した波長λの成分と波長λ/3に基づき、オフセット値を演算することを特徴とする請求項1記載の位置検出装置。
- 測定変位に対して波長λのピッチで正弦波状に変化する90度位相の異なる2つの信号を出力とする位置センサからの出力信号を位置情報に変換する位置検出装置において、
位置センサからの2つの信号についての振幅比修正値を記憶する振幅比修正値記憶手段と、
前記位置センサの2つの信号の振幅比を前記振幅比修正値記憶手段が記憶する振幅比修正値に従って、修正する振幅比修正手段と、
前記振幅比修正後の2つの信号を位置データに変換する内挿演算手段と、
前記振幅比修正後の2つの信号の自乗和の平方根を演算する半径演算手段と、
前記測定変位が波長λ/2の整数倍で変化したときの前記位置データと前記半径演算手段の出力値に基づいて、前記振幅比修正値記憶手段に記憶させる振幅比修正値を演算する振幅比修正値演算手段と、
を具備し、振幅比修正値演算手段において得られた振幅比修正値によって前記振幅比修正値記憶手段に記憶されている振幅比修正値を更新することを特徴とする位置検出装置。 - 前記振幅比修正値演算手段は、前記位置データに対する前記振幅演算手段の出力値の変化をフーリエ解析した波長λ/2の成分に基づき、振幅比修正値を演算することを特徴とする請求項4記載の位置検出装置。
- 測定変位に対して波長λのピッチで正弦波状に変化する90度位相の異なる2つの信号を出力とする位置センサからの出力信号を位置情報に変換する位置検出装置において、
位置センサからの2つの信号についての位相差修正値を記憶する位相差修正値記憶手段と、
前記位置センサの2つの信号の位相差を前記位相差修正値記憶手段が記憶する位相差修正値に従って、位相差を修正する位相差修正手段と、
位相差修正後の2つの信号を位置データに変換する内挿演算手段と、
前記位相差修正後の2つの信号の自乗和の平方根を演算する半径演算手段と、
前記測定変位が波長λ/2の整数倍で変化したときの前記位置データと前記半径演算手段の出力値に基づいて、前記位相差修正値記憶手段に記憶させる位相差修正値を演算する位相差修正値演算手段と、
を具備し、
位相差修正値演算手段において得られた位相差修正値によって前記位相差修正値記憶手段に記憶されている位相差修正値を更新することを特徴とする位置検出装置。 - 前記位相差修正値演算手段は、前記位置データに対する前記半径演算手段の出力値の変化をフーリエ解析した波長λ/2の成分に基づき、振幅比修正値を演算することを特徴とする請求項6記載の位置検出装置。
