Abstract
【解決手段】端末(100) には、データ送信機/受信機手段(108〜118)と連動するコイル(102) が含まれている。携帯式物体(200) には、端末から変調された磁界をピックアップするか又はこの磁界の変調された攪乱を生成することにより応答するためのコイル(202) 、コイルによりピックアップされた磁界を直流給電電圧(a)に変換する整流器段(210) とフィルタ段(212) を含んで成る変換器手段、及びデータ送信機/受信機手段を含む遠隔電力供給型電気回路が含まれており、ここで受信機手段はコイルによりピックアップされた信号の振幅を復調するための手段(218) を含む。

Description
端末により発出された磁界の振幅変調が、標準的に50%以下の変調比で、低い深さでの変調であることを特徴としている。
変調比は20%未満である。
もう1方の給電端子がグランドGND であるディジタル回路214の正の給電端子VCC に特に印加される、整流、ろ波及び安定化を受けた直流電圧dをその出力端で送り出す電圧安定化調整器段216 。この安定器段216 は従来のタイプの電圧安定器であってもよいし或いは又、制限的意味のない変形形態においては図2及び3を参考にして以下で記述されているような特定の回路であってもよい。
Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1つの端末及び非接触型通信によって前記少なくとも1つの端末と協働する複数の携帯式物体を有して成るデータ交換用システムであって、
前記非接触型通信は、前記複数の携帯式物体の少なくとも1つの動作が、前記少なくとも1つの端末によって遠隔から発生されるクロック信号によってクロック動作される通信であり、
前記少なくとも1つの端末は、自由空間内に磁界を放射する第1のコイルを有する第1の共振回路と、該第1のコイルと協働する第1のデータ送信機であって、前記クロック信号と同一周波数で動作する第1のデータ送信機と、前記第1のコイルと協働する第1のデータ受信機とをそなえ、
前記少なくとも1つの端末は、内蔵する振幅変調器により、前記少なくとも1つの端末によって放射される、20%未満の変調比で振幅変調された磁界を提供し、
前記複数の携帯式物体の少なくとも1つは、前記少なくとも1つの端末によって遠隔から電力供給され、ここに前記複数の携帯式物体の少なくとも1つは、
前記少なくとも1つの端末によって放射される前記磁界と相互に作用して応答信号を生成する第2のコイルを有する第2の共振回路と、
前記第2のコイルと協働して、該第2のコイルに誘起された磁界信号を直流電圧に変換する変換器であって、整流器段とフィルタ段とを含む変換器と、
前記第2のコイルと協働する第2のデータ送信機と、
前記第2のコイルと協働する第2のデータ受信機であって、前記20%未満の変調比で変調された信号を処理するようにされていて前記第2のコイルに誘起された前記磁界信号の振幅を復調する復調器を含み、該復調器が前記整流器段及び前記フィルタ段を通して出力される信号に基づいて動作する、第2のデータ受信機と、
前記変換器で変換された直流電圧が電力供給されるディジタル回路と、
前記第2のコイルに誘起された前記磁界信号を、該磁界信号の周波数と同じ周波数のクロックパルス列に変換して、前記ディジタル回路をクロック動作させるために、前記のクロックパルス列を前記ディジタル回路に前記クロック信号として出力するクロック検出器及び抽出器回路とを有して成り、
前記変換器にはさらに、前記整流器段及びフィルタ段の下流に、給電端子VCCとグランド端子GNDとの間で電力供給されるべく前記ディジタル回路と並列に取りつけられ、該ディジタル回路の給電ライン内に直列に接続された抵抗性素子と結びつけられた分流調整器素子を含む安定器段が含まれており、
前記20%未満の変調比での前記振幅変調の結果もたらされる振幅の減少が、前記クロック検出器及び抽出器回路の動作に対して影響を及ぼさないようにし、
前記分流調整器素子の作動を選択的かつ一時的に抑制するための手段を含んで成るシステム。 - 端末との非接触型通信のための携帯式物体であって、前記携帯式物体は前記端末により遠隔から電力供給され、
前記非接触型通信は、前記携帯式物体の動作が、前記端末によって遠隔から発生されるクロック信号によってクロック動作される通信であり、前記の通信は20%未満の変調比での振幅変調を含み、ここに前記携帯式物体は、
前記端末によって放射される振幅変調された磁界と相互に作用して応答信号を生成するコイルを有する共振回路と、
前記コイルと協働して、該コイルに誘起された磁界信号を直流電圧に変換する変換器であって、整流器段とフィルタ段とを含む変換器と、
前記コイルと協働するデータ送信機と、
前記コイルと協働するデータ受信機であって、前記20%未満の変調比で変調された信号を処理するようにされていて前記コイルに誘起された前記磁界信号の振幅を復調する復調器を含み、前記復調器が前記整流器段及び前記フィルタ段を通して出力される信号に基づいて動作する、データ受信機と、
前記変換器で変換された直流電圧が電力供給されるディジタル回路と、
前記コイルに誘起された前記磁界信号を、該磁界信号の周波数と同じ周波数のクロックパルス列に変換して、前記ディジタル回路をクロック動作させるために、前記のクロックパルス列を前記ディジタル回路に前記クロック信号として出力するクロック検出器及び抽出器回路とを有して成り、
前記変換器にはさらに、前記整流器段及びフィルタ段の下流に、給電端子VCCとグランド端子GNDとの間で電力供給されるべく前記ディジタル回路と並列に取りつけられ、該ディジタル回路の給電ライン内に直列に接続された抵抗性素子と結びつけられた分流調整器素子を含む安定器段が含まれており、
前記20%未満の変調比での前記振幅変調の結果もたらされる振幅の減少が、前記クロック検出器及び抽出器回路の動作に対して影響を及ぼさないようにし、
前記分流調整器素子の作動を選択的かつ一時的に抑制するための手段を含んで成る携帯式物体。 - 前記復調器は、その入力端に印加された信号の瞬間的値と、同じ信号の平均値とを比較する可変しきい値手段である、請求項2に記載の携帯式物体。
- 前記復調器は、印加された信号を微分する手段を含む、請求項2に記載の携帯式物体。
- 非接触型又は接触型という通信タイプを検出するための手段が具備され、前記分流調整器素子の作動の選択的かつ一時的抑制が、前記接触型の通信タイプの検出に応えて実施される、請求項3に記載の携帯式物体。
- 前記コイルを除いて、集積モノリシック技術で実施されている、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の携帯式物体。
- 前記データ送信機は、前記共振回路より下流で信号を変調させることにより動作する手段であり、前記ディジタル回路は、公称電力消費及び低電力消費の2つの電力消費モードで動作でき、前記データ送信機が前記変調を実行し始める前に前記ディジタル回路を低電力消費モードに入れるための手段が具備されている、請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の携帯式物体。
