Abstract
【解決手段】4WDCU100は、電動機5及びクラッチ4の締結遮断を制御する。4WDCU100は、クラッチ4の遮断後に、クラッチの駆動側回転数と、クラッチの被駆動側回転数と同期させる。回転数同期要求判定手段140は、 駆動側の回転数同期が必要であるか否かを判定する。回転数同期要求判定手段140が、駆動側の回転数同期が必要であると判定すると、4WDCU100は、駆動側の回転数を被駆動側の回転数と同期させる。

Claims (11)
- 動力伝達機構を介して車輪に伝達される回転動力を発生する電動機を有し、
前記車輪に対する前記回転動力の伝達が前記動力伝達機構により遮断された場合、前記動力伝達機構の前記車輪側の回転数に、前記動力伝達機構の前記電動機側の回転数が同期するように、前記電動機から前記動力伝達機構の前記電動機側に回転動力を伝達する
ことを特徴とする車両駆動装置。 - 内燃機関の動力により駆動される第1の車輪とは異なる第2の車輪に動力伝達機構を介して機械的に接続され、前記動力伝達機構を介して前記第2の車輪に伝達される回転動力を、車載電源を駆動電源として発生する電動機と、
該電動機の駆動を制御する制御手段と、を有し、
前記制御手段は、前記第2の車輪に対する前記回転動力の伝達が前記動力伝達機構により遮断された場合、前記動力伝達機構の前記車輪側の回転数を目標同期回転数として前記電動機の駆動を制御し、前記動力伝達機構の前記電動機側の回転数が目標同期回転数に同期するように制御する
ことを特徴とする車両駆動装置。 - 内燃機関から出力された動力により前後輪の一方を駆動し、電動機から出力された回転動力により前記前後輪の他方を駆動する車両に搭載された車両駆動装置であって、
車載電源を駆動電源として前記回転動力を発生する前記電動機と、
前記電動機と前記他方の車輪との間に配置され、前記他方の車輪に対する前記回転動力の伝達を制御する動力伝達機構と、
前記電動機の駆動及び前記動力伝達機構の作動を制御する制御手段と、を有し、
前記制御手段は、前記動力伝達機構の作動を制御して前記他方の車輪に対する前記回転動力の伝達を遮断した後、前記動力伝達機構の前記車輪側の回転数に、前記動力伝達機構の前記電動機側の回転数が同期するように、前記電動機の駆動を制御する
ことを特徴とする車両駆動装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車両駆動装置において、
前記動力伝達機構の前記他方の車輪側と前記動力伝達機構の前記電動機側との回転数を同期させるための回転数同期制御が必要であるか否かを判定する判定手段を有し、
前記制御手段は、前記判定手段により前記回転数同期制御が必要であると判定された時、前記回転同期制御を実行する
ことを特徴とする車両駆動装置。 - 請求項4に記載の車両駆動装置において、
前記判定手段は、前記前後輪のうち、前輪のスリップが検出された場合、前記回転数同期制御が必要であると判定する
ことを特徴とする車両駆動装置。 - 請求項4に記載の車両駆動装置において、
前記判定手段は、前記前後輪が強制的に前記内燃機関及び前記電動機によりそれぞれ駆動される強制4輪駆動モードを選択するための選択手段によって、前記強制4輪駆動モードが選択されている場合、前記回転数同期制御が必要であると判定する
ことを特徴とする車両駆動装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車両駆動装置において、
前記制御手段は、前記動力伝達機構の前記車輪側の回転数に、前記動力伝達機構の前記電動機側の回転数を同期させるために必要な前記電動機の回転動力が不足する場合、前記電動機の回転動力の出力可能な範囲内で前記電動機から前記動力伝達機構の前記電動機側に回転動力が伝達されるように、前記電動機の駆動を制御する
ことを特徴とする車両駆動装置。 - 請求項7に記載の車両駆動装置において、
前記制御手段は、前記動力伝達機構の前記車輪側の回転数に、前記動力伝達機構の前記電動機側の回転数を同期させるために必要な前記電動機の回転動力が不足する場合、前記電動機に供給される界磁電流を減少させる
ことを特徴とする車両駆動装置。 - 請求項4に記載の車両駆動装置において、
前記判定手段は、ブレーキペダルが踏み込まれた、前記前後輪のうち、後輪の速度が上昇した、アクセルペダルの踏み込み量を所定値以下とする状態が所定時間以上継続した、前記前後輪が強制的に前記内燃機関及び前記電動機によりそれぞれ駆動される強制4輪駆動モードを選択するための選択手段によって、前記強制4輪駆動モードとは異なるモードが選択されている、のいずれかの場合、前記回転数同期制御が不要であると判定し、
前記制御手段は、前記判定手段により前記回転数同期制御が不要であると判定判断された時、前記回転同期制御を中止する
ことを特徴とする車両駆動装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車両駆動装置において、
前記駆動電源は、前記内燃機関により駆動される発電機である
ことを特徴とする車両駆動装置。 - 内燃機関の動力により駆動される第1の車輪とは異なる第2の車輪に動力伝達機構を介して機械的に接続され、前記動力伝達機構を介して前記第2の車輪に伝達される回転動力を、車載電源を駆動電源として発生する電動機と、
該電動機の駆動を制御する制御手段と、を有し、
前記制御手段は、前記電動機の駆動を制御して、前記電動機から前記動力伝達機構を介して前記第2の車輪に回転動力を伝達し、前記第2の車輪を駆動する駆動制御モード、及び前記第2の車輪に対する前記回転動力の伝達が前記動力伝達機構により遮断された状態で、前記動力伝達機構の前記車輪側の回転数に、前記動力伝達機構の前記電動機側の回転数が同期するように、前記電動機から前記動力伝達機構の前記電動機側に回転動力を伝達する回転同期持続モードを備え、前記駆動制御モードが実行された後、前記第2の車輪に対する前記回転動力の伝達が前記動力伝達機構により遮断された場合には、前記回転同期持続モードを実行する
ことを特徴とする車両駆動装置。
