Abstract
【解決手段】両端に電極を設けた素子1と、素子1の陰極電極部1cを内底面の接合部に接合し収容した金属ケース2と、素子1の陽極電極部1bを内面の接合部に接合し金属ケース2開口部を封止した端子板3からなり、金属ケース2の接合部2aの面積S1、端子板3の接合部3aの面積S2、金属ケース2の接合部2aを除く内底面と素子1の当接面積S3の関係をS1<S2<S3とした構成により、金属ケース2内の素子1上に端子板3を配置し加圧した際、金属ケース2の接合部2aにより素子1の陰極電極部1cが潰れた後、端子板3の接合部3aにより素子1の陽極電極部1bが潰れるため、素子1の各電極部1b、1c共に所望の潰し量で安定したレーザー溶接ができ接合信頼性が向上する。

以下、実施の形態を用いて、本発明の特に全請求項に記載の発明について説明する。

Claims (4)
- 金属箔からなる集電体上に一端を除いて分極性電極層を形成した正負一対の電極を互いに逆方向にして重ね、その間にセパレータを介在させて巻回することにより、正負の電極の各分極性電極層未形成部が夫々対向する端面に露出して一対の電極取り出し部を形成するように構成された素子と、この素子を駆動用電解液と共に収容し、かつ、素子の一方の電極を内底面に凸状に設けた接合部に接合した有底筒状の金属ケースと、上記素子の他方の電極を内面に凸状に設けた接合部に接合して上記金属ケースの開口部を封止した端子板からなるキャパシタにおいて、上記金属ケースの内底面に設けた素子との接合部の接合面積S1と、端子板の内面に設けた素子との接合部の接合面積S2と、金属ケースの内底面に設けた素子との接合部を除く金属ケース内底面と素子との当接面積S3の関係が、S1<S2<S3となるようにしたキャパシタ。
- 金属ケースの内底面に設ける素子との接合部、ならびに端子板の内面に設ける素子との接合部の長手方向が素子の直径の殆どと接するようにした請求項1に記載のキャパシタ。
- 金属ケースの内底面に凸状に設けた素子との接合部の突出高さを、この接合部に当接して圧接される素子の変形量と略同寸法とした請求項1に記載のキャパシタ。
- 金属ケースの内底面に設けた素子との接合部、ならびに端子板の内面に設けた素子との接合部の夫々の素子との接合が、レーザー溶接により行われたものである請求項1に記載のキャパシタ。
