Abstract

両端に電極を設けた素子（１）と、素子（１）の陰極電極部（１ｃ）を内底面の接合部に接合し収容した金属ケース（２）と、素子（１）の陽極電極部（１ｂ）を内面の接合部に接合し金属ケース（２）開口部を封止した端子板からなり、金属ケース（２）の接合部（２ａ）の面積Ｓ１、端子板の接合部（３ａ）の面積Ｓ２、金属ケース（２）の接合部（２ａ）を除く内底面と素子（１）の当接面積Ｓ３の関係をＳ１＜Ｓ２＜Ｓ３とした。金属ケース（２）内の素子（１）上に端子板を配置し加圧した際、金属ケース（２）の接合部（２ａ）により素子（１）の陰極電極部（１ｃ）が潰れた後、端子板の接合部（３ａ）により素子（１）の陽極電極部（１ｂ）が潰れるため、素子（１）の各電極部（１ｂ、１ｃ）共に所望の潰し量で安定したレーザ溶接ができ接合信頼性が向上する。
