Abstract
【解決手段】 フィルム、シート又は板状のワーク110Wを金型にセットして、このワーク110Wに、ゴム状弾性材料からなるガスケット120及びこのガスケット120のベース121からワーク110Wの表面を覆うように延びるゴム状弾性材料からなる薄膜130を一体に成形し、ワーク110Wをガスケット120から所定幅の位置で薄膜130ごと所定の平面形状に打ち抜くことによって、燃料電池用シールを得る。

Claims (2)
- フィルム状、シート状又は板状の基枠(110)に、ゴム状弾性材料からなるガスケット(120)と、このガスケット(120)のベース(121)から前記基枠(110)の表面を覆うように延びるゴム状弾性材料からなる薄膜(130)が一体に設けられたことを特徴とする燃料電池用シール。
- 請求項1に記載の燃料電池用シールを製造するための方法であって、フィルム状、シート状又は板状のワーク(110W)を金型(200)にセットして、このワーク(110W)に、ゴム状弾性材料からなるガスケット(120)及びこのガスケット(120)のベース(121)から前記ワーク(110W)の表面を覆うように延びるゴム状弾性材料からなる薄膜(130)を一体に成形する工程と、前記ワーク(110W)を前記ガスケット(120)から所定幅の位置で前記薄膜(130)ごと所定の平面形状に打ち抜く工程と、からなることを特徴とする燃料電池用シールの製造方法。
