Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリ状態検知装置1は、バッテリの温度を検出する感温素子としてのダイオードと、感温素子を用いた温度検出結果をシリアル通信で外部に出力する通信回路とを備え、これらの感温素子と通信回路とを同一の半導体素子100に収容するとともに、半導体素子100を熱伝導性が高い第1の部材110に搭載し、第1の部材110よりも熱伝導性が低い第2の部材120にて半導体素子100を被覆する。

Claims (7)
- バッテリの温度を検出する感温素子と、前記感温素子を用いた温度検出結果をシリアル通信で外部に出力する通信回路とを備え、
前記感温素子と前記通信回路とを同一の半導体素子に収容するとともに、前記半導体素子を熱伝導性が高い第1の部材に搭載し、前記第1の部材よりも熱伝導性が低い第2の部材にて前記半導体素子を被覆することを特徴とするバッテリ状態検知装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記第1の部材は、リードフレームであり、
前記第2の部材は、モールド樹脂であって、前記リードフレームと前記半導体素子とを一括封止することを特徴とするバッテリ状態検知装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記第1の部材の一部の面が、前記第2の部材の外部に露出していることを特徴とするバッテリ状態検知装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記第1の部材において前記半導体素子が搭載された側の前記第2の部材の厚みよりも、反搭載側の前記第2の部材の厚みの方が薄く設定されていることを特徴とするバッテリ状態検知装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記第1の部材の搭載面を、前記バッテリの容器に対向する面に配置することを特徴とするバッテリ状態検知装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記第2の部材を、前記バッテリが搭載された車両の走行時に通風される位置に配置することを特徴とするバッテリ状態検知装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記第1の部材の熱伝導率を、前記第2の部材の熱伝導率の100倍以上に設定することを特徴とするバッテリ状態検知装置。
