Abstract
Description
ペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレート37.7g(107mmol)、α−チオグリセリン46.4g(429mmol)および触媒としてのトリエチルアミン3g(30mmol)をテトラヒドロフラン(THF)(250ml)に溶解し、これを室温で2日間攪拌した。溶媒を減圧で留去し、減圧で乾燥することにより1,2−ジオール基を4個有する下記式(5)で表される化合物(8OH)を透明な粘性液体として得た。収率:100%。
実施例1で得たポリオール(8OH)1.0g(1.27mmol)をTHF20mlに溶解し、これにジ−n−ブチルチンジラウリレート0.15mg、および、重合禁止剤としてメチルヒドロキノン15mgを加えた。溶液を還流しながら2−イソシアネートエチルアクリレート(昭和電工製:カレンズMOI)1.72g(12.2mmol)とメチルヒドロキノン15mgとを含むTHF溶液30mlをゆっくり滴下した。8時間還流した後、2−ジメチルアミノエタノール0.22g(2.47mmol)を溶解したTHF溶液(15ml)を滴下し、さらに14時間還流した。室温まで冷却してから溶媒を減圧で留去した後、ジクロロメタンを加え、塩酸(2M)で2回洗浄した。メチルヒドロキノン50mgを投入した後、硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥し、溶媒を留去し、減圧乾燥することによりアクリル基が8個導入された下記式(6)で表されるデンドリマーアクリレート(8Ac)をペースト状化合物として得た。収率 70%。
実施例1で得たポリオール(8OH)1.0g(1.27mmol)をTHF20mlに溶解し、これにジ−n−ブチルチンジラウリレート150mg、および、重合禁止剤としてメチルヒドロキノン30mgを加えた。溶液を還流しながら1,3−ジアクリロイルオキシ−2−イソシアネート−2−メチルプロパン(昭和電工製:カレンズBEI)2.92g(12.2mmol)とメチルヒドロキノン30mgとを含むTHF溶液30mlをゆっくり滴下した。10時間還流した後、2−ジメチルアミノエタノール0.22g(2.47mmol)を溶解したTHF溶液(15ml)を滴下し、さらに14時間還流した。室温まで冷却してから溶媒を減圧で留去した後、ジクロロメタンを加え、塩酸(2M)で2回洗浄した。メチルヒドロキノン50mgを投入した後、硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥し、溶媒を留去し、減圧乾燥することによりアクリル基が16個導入された下記式(7)で表されるデンドリマーアクリレート(16Ac)をペースト状化合物として得た。収率 93%。
実施例3で得た16Ac7.47g(2.77mmol)、α−チオグリセリン5.07g(46.9mmol)、テトラエチルアミン0.285g(2.81mmol)をTHFとジメチルホルムアミドの9:1(v/v)混合溶媒に溶解し、これを実施例1と同様な条件で反応および後処理を行なった。溶媒を留去することによって1,2−ジオール構造が16個導入された下記式(8)で表される32OHをペースト状物として得た。収率64%。
実施例4で得た32OH1.504g(0.400mmol)をTHFとジメチルホルムアミドの9:1(v/v)混合溶媒に溶解し、これにジ−n−ブチルチンジラウリレート177mgと重合禁止剤クッペロン134mを添加した。実施例3と同様に、1,3−ジアクリロイルオキシ−2−イソシアネート−2−メチルプロパン(昭和電工製:カレンズBEI)3.21g(13.4mmol)を滴下し、80℃で10時間反応させた。これに2−ジメチルアミノエタノール0.278g(3.12mmol)のテトラヒドロフラン溶液を加えて80℃で10時間反応させ、室温に冷却してから酸性イオン交換樹脂を加えて室温で十分に撹拌した。イオン交換樹脂をろ別してから溶媒を留去し、残渣をクロロホルムに溶解して2N塩酸で3回洗浄し、ついで重曹水で洗浄してから無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した。ろ別してから溶媒を留去し乾燥することによりアクリル基が64個導入された下記式(9)で表されるデンドリマーアクリレート(64Ac)をペースト状化合物として得た。収率5.0g。
Claims (2)
- 下記一般式(2)で表される多価不飽和化合物と、下記一般式(3)で表される2個以上の水酸基を持つチオール化合物とを付加反応させてポリオールとし、次いで、前記ポリオールに、下記一般式(4)で表される不飽和エステル基を有するイソシアネート化合物を付加反応させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多分岐型ウレタン化合物の製造方法。
