Abstract
【解決手段】 燃料電池21及び改質部22を具備する燃料電池本体20と、改質部に被改質ガスを供給する被改質ガス供給手段12と、改質部に酸素含有ガスを供給する酸素含有ガス供給手段13と、水をそのまままたは水蒸気として前記改質部に供給する水供給手段14と、燃料電池の発電量を検知する発電量検知手段31と、改質部にて被改質ガスと水とによる改質反応が行われている状態で、発電量検知手段の信号に基づいて発電量が定格の所定比率以下になったと判断したときは、改質部にて被改質ガスと酸素含有ガスとによる改質反応を行わせるために、水供給手段を停止させると共に酸素含有ガス供給手段を動作させるように制御する制御手段と、を有する。

前記改質部に被改質ガスを供給する被改質ガス供給手段と、
前記改質部に酸素含有ガスを供給する酸素含有ガス供給手段と、
水をそのまままたは水蒸気として前記改質部に供給する水供給手段と、
前記燃料電池の発電量を検知する発電量検知手段と、
前記改質部にて前記被改質ガスと前記水とによる改質反応が行われている状態で、前記発電量検知手段の信号に基づいて前記発電量が定格の所定比率以下になったと判断したときは、前記改質部にて前記被改質ガスと前記酸素含有ガスとによる改質反応を行わせるために、前記水供給手段を停止させると共に前記酸素含有ガス供給手段を動作させるように制御する制御手段と、を有することを特徴とする。
発電量が一定値より低下した場合には燃料電池の性能が低下しているので、吸熱反応である水蒸気改質よりも発熱反応である部分酸化改質を行わせることにより、改質部に隣接する燃料電池の温度を低下させないようにまたは好適温度に上昇させるようにし発電反応の効率を高めることができる。

Claims (2)
- 燃料電池及び改質部を具備する燃料電池本体と、
前記改質部に被改質ガスを供給する被改質ガス供給手段と、
前記改質部に酸素含有ガスを供給する酸素含有ガス供給手段と、
水をそのまままたは水蒸気として前記改質部に供給する水供給手段と、
前記燃料電池の発電量を検知する発電量検知手段と、
前記改質部にて前記被改質ガスと前記水とによる改質反応が行われている状態で、前記発電量検知手段の信号に基づいて前記発電量が定格の所定比率以下になったと判断したときは、前記改質部にて前記被改質ガスと前記酸素含有ガスとによる改質反応を行わせるために、前記水供給手段を停止させると共に前記酸素含有ガス供給手段を動作させるように制御する制御手段と、を有することを特徴とする固体酸化物形燃料電池システム。 - 前記発電量検知手段が、前記発電量を検知する発電量モニタであり、前記発電量モニタからの検知信号が前記制御手段に送られることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固体酸化物形燃料電池システム。
