w(M1)はコポリマー中のモノマーM1の重量分率である

Tg(M2)はM2のホモポリマーのガラス転移温度である
全ての温度は°Kである)
を用いることにより計算されるものである。
本発明に従う処理組成物と2つの比較組成物を、3つの異なるバインダーを次のように40%固形分まで希釈することにより作製した。これを水でさらに希釈することにより、より低い固形分バージョンを作製した。

Pp=硬化膜中の水の量で補正された、硬化膜で保護された試料の水の損失)。
剪断結合接着特性を、ウォルター・アンド・バイ(Walter and Bai)装置を用いて、様々な硬化膜を用いて7日間硬化させた試験サンプルの表面上に適用された5cm×5cm×1cmパッチの市販のセルフレベリングモルタル(1000グラムのEuromix粉末および160グラムの水)に関して評価した。剪断結合接着試験は、コンクリートベース上で硬化させたモルタルパッチをはぎ取る(shear off)ために必要な力を定量的に測定する。保護係数測定において先に使用したコンクリートブロックのそれぞれの上で、4片の5cm×5cm×1cmコンクリートパッチを中央にキャスティングし、硬化させた。特定の硬化時間の後、試料を試験機に取り付けて、破断が起こるまで、100N/sの速度で剪断荷重をパッチに適用した。乾燥剪断結合接着性を、23℃、50%相対湿度で7日間硬化後に測定した。湿潤剪断結合接着性を、23℃、50%相対湿度で7日間の硬化し、さらに室温で7日間水中に浸漬後に測定した。サンプルを水から取り出した直後に湿ったままで測定した。このような試験において、≧1.0MPaの剪断結合接着性を試験に合格するための適切な性能と見なした。全ての場合において、比較例および本発明の実施例の双方は、硬化膜が17.5%以上の固形分、200g/m2の散布率で適用された場合に、試験に合格した。
Claims (9)
- 未硬化のコンクリートを処理する方法であって:
i)コンクリートを注いで、露出した表面を有する第一コンクリート層を形成し;
ii)処理組成物を前記コンクリート層の露出表面上に適用する工程を含み、
前記処理組成物が:
(a)5重量%〜70重量%の水性ポリマーバインダー(ここで、該バインダーは、共重合単位として、0.2重量%〜10重量%の少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和ホスフェートモノマーまたはエチレン性不飽和ホスホネートモノマーを含む)、および
(b)水および溶媒からなる群から選択される液体を含み、
前記コンクリート層が完全に硬化する前に、前記の適用が行われる方法。 - 前記バインダーが、共重合単位として少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和非イオン性モノマーをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記バインダーが、共重合単位として、バインダーの乾燥重量基準で0〜5重量%の少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸モノマーをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記処理組成物が、0重量%〜2重量%の消泡剤をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、コンクリートの少なくとも1の第二層を前記第一コンクリート層の露出表面上に注ぐ工程をさらに含み、
前記第二コンクリート層は、前記処理組成物が乾燥して膜を形成し、かつ前記第一コンクリート層が固化した後に注がれる、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記適用が、50〜500g/m2の噴霧率で噴霧することにより行われる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記処理組成物が少なくとも1種の追加のバインダーをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記処理組成物を乾燥する、または前記処理組成物の乾燥をもたらす工程をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記コンクリート層が硬化することを可能にする工程をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
