Abstract
【解決手段】ブレーキパッド6の本体部材6Aがディスクロータ2に押圧される前進制動時において、ディスクロータ2からブレーキパッド6の本体部材6Aに作用する回転モーメントは、本体部材6Aが前進制動用トルク伝達部材6Cに対し一方のピンジョイント6Bを中心に相対回動することで吸収され、前進制動用トルク伝達部材6Cへの伝達が抑制される。その結果、ブレーキパッド6の前進制動用トルク伝達部材6Cに形成された2つのトルク伝達突部6C1,6C2と、マウンティング3の前進制動用トルク受部3Aに形成されたトルク受面3E,3Fとの当接状態が安定した状態に保持される。

Claims (4)
- ディスクロータからブレーキパッドに入力されるブレーキトルクをマウンティングのトルク受部で受け止めるように構成されたディスクブレーキ装置であって、
前記ブレーキパッドは、前記ディスクロータに押圧されてブレーキトルクが入力される本体部材と、前記マウンティングのトルク受部に当接してブレーキトルクを伝達するトルク伝達部材とに分割されており、
前記本体部材とトルク伝達部材とが相対回動自在に連結されていることを特徴とするディスクブレーキ装置。 - 前記本体部材とトルク伝達部材とがピンジョイントを介して相対回動自在に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスクブレーキ装置。
- 前記トルク伝達部材は、前記マウンティングのトルク受部に2点で当接することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のディスクブレーキ装置。
- 前記本体部材は、これに作用する回転モーメントを抑制するように前記マウンティングのトルク受部に当接する構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のディスクブレーキ装置。
