Abstract
【解決手段】変速機60に含まれるクラッチC1は、第1モータ軸46に設けられた第1係合部110と、第1係合部110と軸方向に間隔をおいて位置するようにキャリア軸45aに設けられた第2係合部120と、第1および第2係合部110,120を囲むようにサンギヤ軸62aに設けられた第3係合部130と、第1および第3係合部110,130の双方と係合可能である軸方向に移動可能な第1可動係合部材151と、第2および第3係合部120,130の双方と係合可能である軸方向に移動可能な第2可動係合部材152と、各可動係合部材151,152を軸方向に移動させる第1および第2アクチュエータ141,142とを備える。

前記第1回転要素に設けられた第1係合部と、
前記第1係合部と前記第1、第2および第3回転要素の軸方向に間隔をおいて位置するように前記第2回転要素に設けられた第2係合部と、
前記第1および第2係合部の少なくとも何れか一方の外周を囲むように前記第3回転要素に設けられた第3係合部と、
前記第1および第2係合部の他方と前記第3係合部との双方と係合可能であり、前記軸方向に移動可能に配置される第1可動係合要素と、
前記第1可動係合要素を前記軸方向に移動させる第1駆動手段と、
前記第3係合部により囲まれた前記第1および第2係合部の一方と該第3係合部との双方と係合可能であり、前記軸方向に移動可能に配置される第2可動係合要素と、
前記第2可動係合要素を前記軸方向に移動させる第2駆動手段と、
を備えるものである。
Claims (9)
- 互い同軸に配置される第1回転要素と第2回転要素とを該第1および第2回転要素と同軸に配置される第3回転要素に選択的に連結可能な連結装置であって、
前記第1回転要素に設けられた第1係合部と、
前記第1係合部と前記第1、第2および第3回転要素の軸方向に間隔をおいて位置するように前記第2回転要素に設けられた第2係合部と、
前記第1および第2係合部の少なくとも何れか一方の外周を囲むように前記第3回転要素に設けられた第3係合部と、
前記第1および第2係合部の他方と前記第3係合部との双方と係合可能であり、前記軸方向に移動可能に配置される第1可動係合要素と、
前記第1可動係合要素を前記軸方向に移動させる第1駆動手段と、
前記第3係合部により囲まれた前記第1および第2係合部の一方と該第3係合部との双方と係合可能であり、前記軸方向に移動可能に配置される第2可動係合要素と、
前記第2可動係合要素を前記軸方向に移動させる第2駆動手段と、
を備える連結装置。 - 請求項1に記載の連結装置において、
前記第3係合部は、前記第1および第2係合部の双方の外周を囲む筒状部を有し、
前記第1可動係合要素は、前記筒状部の内周部に前記軸方向に摺動自在に支持される環状部材であると共に前記筒状部に形成された第1の孔部に挿通される第1連結部材を介して前記第1駆動手段に連結されており、
前記第1係合部は、前記第1可動係合要素の内周部と係合可能であり、
前記第2可動係合要素は、前記筒状部の内周部に前記軸方向に摺動自在に支持される環状部材であると共に前記筒状部に形成された第2孔部に挿通される第2連結部材を介して前記第2駆動手段に連結されており、
前記第2係合部は、前記第2可動係合要素の内周部と係合可能である動力出力装置。 - 前記第1および第2係合部は、前記第1または第2回転要素から径方向に延出されると共に前記第1または第2可動係合要素の内周部と係合可能な外周部を含むフランジ部である請求項2に記載の連結装置。
- 請求項1に記載の連結装置において、
前記第3係合部は、前記第1および第2係合部の少なくとも何れか一方の外周を囲む筒状部を含み、
前記第3係合部により囲まれた前記第1および第2係合部の一方に対応した前記第1または第2可動係合要素は、前記筒状部の内周部に前記軸方向に摺動自在に支持される環状部材であると共に前記筒状部に形成された孔部に挿通される連結部材を介して前記第1または第2駆動手段と連結されており、
前記第3係合部により囲まれた前記第1および第2係合部の一方は、それに対応した前記第1または第2可動係合要素の内周部と係合可能であり、
前記第1および第2係合部の他方に対応した前記第1または第2可動係合要素は、前記筒状部の遊端部と係合可能である連結装置。 - 前記第1および第2係合部の他方は、前記第1または第2回転要素の端部の外周に形成される請求項4に記載の連結装置。
- 前記第1、第2および第3回転要素の少なくとも何れか一つは中空に形成されている請求項1から5の何れかに記載の連結装置。
- 請求項1から6の何れかに記載の連結装置において、
前記第1可動係合要素と前記第1駆動手段との一方に固定される第1環状部材と、
前記第1可動係合要素と前記第1駆動手段との他方に固定されると共に前記第1環状部材を回転自在に支持可能な第1支持部材と、
前記第2可動係合要素と前記第2駆動手段との一方に固定される第2環状部材と、
前記第2可動係合要素と前記第2駆動手段との他方に固定されると共に前記第2環状部材を回転自在に支持可能な第2支持部材と、
を更に備える連結装置。 - 請求項1から7の何れかに記載の連結装置を備えた動力出力装置であって、
駆動軸と、
内燃機関と、
動力を入出力可能な第1電動機と、
動力を入出力可能な第2電動機と、
前記第1電動機の回転軸に接続される第1要素と前記第2電動機の回転軸に接続される第2要素と前記内燃機関の機関軸に接続される第3要素とを含むと共にこれら3つの要素が互いに差動回転できるように構成された動力分配統合機構とを備え、
前記連結装置の前記第1回転要素は、前記動力分配統合機構の前記第1および第2要素の何れか一方と接続され、前記連結装置の前記第2回転要素は、前記動力分配統合機構の前記第1および第2要素の他方と接続され、前記連結装置の前記第3回転要素は、前記駆動軸と接続される動力出力装置。 - 請求項8に記載の動力出力装置を備え、前記駆動軸からの動力により駆動される駆動輪を含むハイブリッド自動車。
